Car Serviced and MOT'd on April 15th All great. I was advised on a repair for side steps. I approved the work and set a date with Service desk of April 28th Car was to be collected. No Show and called and told next day 29th. No show and had to call and chase. Rescheduled and text to confirm 30th. Called at 11am yes you are next for collection. No show and no communication. This is not the service level you expect for the prices you pay.

Update 8th June. Still waiting for Call from John Clark as per their reply.

Had a brilliant experience with Land Rover Stirling recently. They fixed a tyre issue for me and sorted out a few other niggles with the car quickly, kindly, and incredibly efficiently.
A special mention to Hannah, who handled everything smoothly and kept me updated throughout — she really made the whole process stress-free. Also special mention to Lesley at reception was so friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better.
I’ve always been impressed by the customer experience here — they genuinely look after you, and it really shows. I’ll certainly be recommending them to others.

I visited Land Rover Stirling recently to
have my Range Rover checked over. I received excellent customer service from Skye and Olivia when l visited the garage. Both young woman put me at ease and answered all my query’s about the possible faults and solutions as past experience with another Range Rover garage wasn’t the greatest.

I had purchased a L494 Range Rover Sport Autobiography back in October through John Clark Motor Group having reserved it the night prior. Stephen made contact the following day with a phone called followed by a full walk-round video. The car looked fantastic and it certainly didn’t disappoint when I arrived in person. Stephen looked after me on the day I went to see the car and we concluded the deal. On the handover day Stephen was unavailable, but one of his colleagues Ben looked after me. I’d like to say a big thanks to Bryan, for going above and beyond and for which nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend this dealership.

And that's a very useful thing for them, because they're not fantastic at anything else.

My first problem with them came when I bought the car. It arrived, brand new, but missing a key factory modification I had ordered and paid for. Not only did they refuse to rectify the matter, but they refused to refund what I had paid for the modification. A swift legal process got their attention and my refund.

I decided to go elsewhere for servicing thereafter, however a warranty problem gave me no option but to take the vehicle back to them. I booked it in for what they told me would be a days' work.

Big mistake.

For 6 days I was given a cavalcade of excuses; parts not being delivered, complications with schedules, the difficulty of the work needed, yada-yada. On every call I was told it would be done the next day.

And every conversation ended with "I'm really sorry and I'll call you right back." They obviously really weren't, and they very rarely did.

What the hapless receptionists that have to field these complaint calls didn't know was that I have a tracker on the vehicle, and that clearly showed that the ignition was not turned on in the car from when I dropped it off until the day they started working on it 6 days later. It just sat in their yard.

This is an organisation that, in my direct experience, habitually and deliberately misleads it's customers. They clearly knew all along that they would not be turning round the car in a day, yet didn't tell me. If I had known that I would be without a vehicle for almost a week, plans could have been made to minimise the huge disruption that it caused: travel and business and family events cancelled. Living in a very rural area with no public transport, a car isn't just nice to have.

But they preferred to tell me stories just to shut me up and get me off the phone. But they did say "Sorry"...A LOT.

An insincere apology is no substitute for truthful customer service.

I await with interest their inevitable apologetic response to this review.

Stewart Brown and Gordon made the whole process of changing my vehicle and purchasing a new LandRover a pleasurable experience, Great guys and a credit to your company.

Probably the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Booked in for courtesy car whilst getting a service to be told at 1755 the day prior that I couldn’t get a courtesy car. Charged for screen wash which I filled the day before . Car not washed as agreed. Not one member of staff could have cared less . £1700 for a major service and this is the standard . Deplorable people
