I can't express how professional and efficient Sonny Singh handled my Mother's claim over the last year. He explained things in detail and made everything clear. As a first time buyer, I was extremely anxious about the buying process and how to handle it. However, Reece, Kayla and Daniel from the conveyancing team were amazing from the get go. I never had to chase, and any queries I had were answered within a few minutes via email or on the phone. I will now be recommending them and using them going forward for any housing issues/buying. Steer clear, belligerent, slow, arrogant, unresponsive. Worst solicitors and conveyancing team I've ever had to deal with. They could do with dragging out of the 19th century.
