Jovonna London レビュー

Great quality of the clothes, very nice and clean designs

Great quality of clothing and fast delivery

This would be a zero star review if possible - customer service is zero - returns policy horrendous - word of advice buy through a stockist rather than direct.

Great easy to use website

I have ordered a few items lately. It has been one of my favourite shop and i love the style.

Good quality clothes and different styles to choose from. Great customer services

I love this brand. Found it at Portobello Road Market and I am now obsessed. Its a little weird that the discount codes aren't working properly, so I ended up with 10% instead of 15% off which is a bummer. But the clothing itself is decently priced for the unique style and quality. Order #5184320897272

I am very disappointed with the customer service I've received from Jovonna so far. My items were ordered on April 15; the package took 10 days to arrive and it did not contain a returns form; and items were returned on May 2 a week after the package was received.

It is now May 14 - so a month has passed since purchase - I don't have the items any more, have not received the money back or any confirmation the refund was processed. Plus I ended up spending an extra £11 for the return.

The website says they offer 'Hassle free returns' but this could not be further from the truth. I've emailed many times, no answers; have been calling the returns phone number and no luck with that either. I returned something to Amazon on the same day (for free!) and got my money back within two days.

This is a £150 return! Where is my money? This is unacceptable.

Jovonna is now my go to brand, whenever I need an outfit for an occasion I check out Jovonna first. I love their design, so cool and unique. Also, I feel like their designs suite all ages. I'm 50, I look and feel confident in any of its outfits. The quality is fantastic, which isn't reflected by its affordable prices. I have made return in the past as well, easy and quick! So all in all, great design, fantastic quality, good customer service. Highly recommended!

There are really some lovely.I will definitely be buying again

The coat is so feminine and comfortable. I got a lot compliments when I wear it. #5180079210744

For the first time ever, I’m actually in awe with this brand. The most beautiful and quality clothings. And they included a wonderful gift which was very thoughtful of the company. I recently discovered this brand and will definitely be ordering some more.

I like Jovona London very much since I have bought a dress at NottingHill. #5178266222840

I visited the shops on the Portobella Road and bought a lovely dress in the sale which fits so nicely. I just received another dress that I bought online. It again, fits me perfectly and was so nicely packaged. So nice to receive the earrings gift. I will definitely be buying again. There are some really lovely and different items in the store. I can't comment on the customer service as I'm very happy with my purchase and haven't had to contact them.

Fabulous clothing beautifully made
High quality garments
Had to. Return an item very easy no concerns

First, I received a coat size XS that looks like XL. It was written that is slightly loose not super loose. Then, if I want to return it I have to pay £5.5 and go to some shop far from where I live. Your designs are really good but you need to do something about sizing and returns. Not everyone wants to look 9 months pregnant in your clothes…I know oversizing is a trend but write this clearly on your website.

I really liked the chemise I ordered, great quality and very quick delivery.
I recommend this shop.

such terrible experience, with no customer service responding and no one taking the call. I simply need a refund with the order sent back already! Who can tell me whom to reach for such issues? Thumb down and shame for Jovonna!
