As always great customer service this is the third car I have purchased from jt Hughes all went very smoothly thanks to Dan very helpful kept us up to date with everything.

Top quality staff, very professional and very knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to deal with JT Hughes Newtown staff, 3rd vehicle I've purchased from them, I will most likely get the next one from here too. All staff should be commended for their excellent customer service.

Everything went as discussed, no issues as all.

I had a great buying my new car. The firm offered a 24 hour test drive which meant we could relax and see how the car drove without feeling any time constraints or pressure. We got really good advice and care from Dan who always showed excellent knowledge of the car and was always supportive and not pushy. He talked us through the different purchase options and was really good at explaining technical things in a really clear way. Would thoroughly recommend

Bought car end of Feb, sunroof was leaking had to wait a month to get it fixed, as I was driving home post fix the emissions engine light came on, when i called the dealership was told to drive around for a few days as the fault should go, called them back as my car had 500miles before it stpped working, I explained the issue and was told they can't/wont fix my car cause they don't deal with adblue, and to contect the warranty company and sort it myself, shocking after care/customer service. I have been unable to use my car for the last 6 weeks and out of pocket hundreds of pounds, to fix it

A great service from the sales force. Importantly, as a business, we also had very good advice on the right vehicle and our purchasing options.

Overall, a good experience with JT Hughes, until the day of collection.
I was on my way to collect the car at the prearranged time, when I received a phone call to inform me that the salesman who had sold us the car was no longer working for JT Hughes, and that because of a technical glitch at Honda UK., the car would not be available until some unspecified time. Apparently, Honda were unable to release the final handover document despite the car being fully paid for, registered and ready for collection. JT Hughes rescued the situation by providing us with a courtesy car until Honda had sorted out their problem. I have marked JT Hughes '5 stars' because I found their salesmen helpful in the face of Honda's problem. It was all finally resolved in the afternoon of the collection day.

The award was to reflect that in the end, our car was supplied as ordered and we are very pleased with the Hyndai Kona Ultimate Lux Pack - but the level of communication could have been much better - there was way too much to-ing and fro-ing, emails and phone calls. And an item ordered not available in the car on collection.
A useful service would be to arrange a week or so after taking delivery, a further "training" session to iron out any issues with regards to the technology - I arranged this and the team efficiently dealt with my many queries - for which, many thanks.

Very helpful gave a good explanation of the basic controls of the vehicle and was not put under any pressure.The test drive was excellent Ihad the car for about an hour and was able to drive it where ever I wanted. The overall experience at the Telford branch was excellent
