"I'd recommend JT Hughes Shrewsbury Hyundai to a friend because my husband and I have always had a positive experience. We are very happy with our first Hyundai, a Santa Fe, and the after sales service. The team are great and work with you to resolve any mechanical matters and give full explanations which, as one of us is an engineer by background, is very much appreciated. Based on our personal experience we would have no hesitation in recommending J T Hughes.

JT Hughes appears to be a professionally run company selling Hyundai (amongst others at other showrooms) and looking after the customer and purchased vehicle in the same manner. Staff do what they say they are going to do, making interactions with them clear, if and when they arise. So far, I have had no difficulties - a demonstration of brand quality which I think JT Hughes will match, if problems do arise at any time. So far, I am happy both with JT Hughes and the Hyundai brand I drive

I have just bought my another Hyundai from JT Hughes in Shrewsbury, because I know from previous that they are a very fair company to deal with For example, having got my latest car home, i discovered some previously unseen bodywork damage. When I returned to the garage to point this out, they immediately said they'd do what was necessary to correct it. My last three cars have all been Hyundai from JT Hughes Shrewsbury, and I thoroughly recommend them for both the excellence of, not only their sales staff, but also their service staff, and the level of serice they offer

JT Hughes reminded me when my service and MOT were due, I arranged a date and time for these which suited me well, and the timings I was given for the work were accurate. I have been a customer of this company for may years and I have always received excellent service.

Amazing service from JT Hughes Shrewsbury. Repair to an airbag fault and MOT on Hyundai i10. Service centre staff went above and beyond what was expected. Restored my faith in maindealers. Would highly recommend.

We took delivery of our 2023 Hybrid Honda HRV on the 1st March this year and are very pleased with the cars quality and it's huge range of tech. capabilities.

We chose to buy another Honda as a second vehicle as we already run a Honda CRV which we have had from New since 2005, this has been very reliable and never let us down.

We must compliment J.T. Hughes of Shrewsbury and in particular Dan Collison the sales guy for helping us decide which was the best vehicle for our needs and his particular knowledge regarding the New Honda HRV vehicle.

From the moment we placed the order Dan has kept us up to date at every step of the way with courtesy calls up to delivery and more recently to see how we are getting on with the vehicle.

Dan has made this a stress free and enjoyable purchase, we can highly recommend Honda Shrewsbury.
