Sent my order back 5 weeks ago, No refund and a pointless response to my email chasing it, was happy to refund me if i deleted this review though

Bought the stone chinos and short’s recently and they’re superb quality and fit.

Returned a pair of shorts and were incredibly helpful in issuing a refund and getting a new size sorted. Great quality would definitely recommend!

Very fast at replying and helpful with what size best fits. Also I couldn’t fault the quality of the t shirts in anyway, can tell there top quality material

Worst 'customer service' I've ever experienced. This lot couldn't care less about you, unless you're a footballer with a decent social media following.

Had an order that was delivered by DPD to an official pickup point at a local shop. The parcel was then stolen before I could collect it. A police investigation is still ongoing. This obviously is not the fault of Kalibre. However, DPD requested that a complaint was made by Kalibre to their DPD business contact so they could investigate this further.

After initially ignoring an email, Kalibre then outright refused to assist in any way via Instagram messages. They also refused to take a telephone call from me to explain the situation.

All they were being asked to do is contact DPD to tell them of the issue with delivery (this was stolen from a shop, not from behind a bin etc.) Kalibre couldn't care less and wanted to wash their hands with it as the tracking number said 'delivered' on their side. They asked me for a crime report number, which was provided, and also completely ignored.

After this blank refusal for assistance, I reluctantly launched an appeal via PayPal to try to force their hand in reporting this to DPD. It was ultimately unsuccessful due to the DPD tracker showing this as delivered.

I do not expect a small company to refund me or resend the goods for a fault that wasn't theirs. What I do expect, however, is for them to sympathise with the situation and assist me however possible.

Instead, I received messages from the 'Head of Customer Service' such as:
"We do not no you"
"We don't have anything to report"
"I don't trust you as far as I could throw you let alone help you"
"Smells of guilty all over"
"We have no doubt you have the delivery"

I still cannot understand their position. This should have ended with DPD compensating them/me for the situation and me re-ordering from Kalibre with that compensation. This even would have been two orders for Kalibre instead of one! Instead, I'm left out of pocket but with a true reflection of who runs this business and I will never order from them again.

The most amusing part was a threat that they would block any future orders from me. Interesting that they think I would now even consider re-ordering from them.

Do yourself a favour, read the other 1* reviews for a true reflection of who these people really are - I wish I had - I'm clearly not alone.

There are plenty of rivals out there that are even suggested on this page who value all of their customers and actually deserve your money.

Keep an eye for this brand going to be the best around in a few years honestly copped a few last minute items the communication throughout buying next to none couldn’t be more helpful and the product itself quality and fit true to size couldn’t be happier and going to be shopping with them from now on for sure !

Amazing quality and great customer service from initial queries via insta to follow up messages to make sure I was happy with delivery etc will be ordering more colours of their chinos. The way online shopping and customer service should be!

Kalibre has fast became my favourite brand, the quality of the clothing is superb at a price point that is unbelievable. The customer care team (Mark in this instance) are also second to none I sent an email late Sunday night and woke up on the Monday to the small issue resolved and a response given.

Excellent at what they do.
I have my second pair of kalibre chino shorts delivered and wow the quality is exceptional. The whole customer service and experience is brilliant and seemless. I need to stop visiting the website otherwise I will have no money left.

I purchased a t shirt from Kalibre, the shirt itself was not of good quality nor did it look like the picture.

I returned this to the address provided on their website, signed for their end the following day.

This was two weeks ago & they haven’t replied to a single email out of the 7 I have sent.

The only time I get a response is if I send an email past 17:30 & it says please contact us in our opening hours - to which they never reply.

Should have taken the time to read through the reviews on here, I’d be very sceptical of the 5 star reviews on here as it seems to be a common theme with them.

Yet to still receive an email back or a refund 2 weeks on

The clothing is outstanding in terms of fit and quality, and the customer service was excellent, quickly responded and politely revolved my issues I would absolutely recommend!

I recently purchased a pair of shorts from Kalibre and I could not be happier with the customer service.
I had a response within 24hrs explaining what I needed to do for an exchange, and proof emailed over to confirm my refund.
I have ordered from here previously and the quality of the clothing is amazing.

Ordered a t-shirt, however the neck would barely fit a child so had to pay for a return. After 10 days and no acknowledgement, I emailed Kalibre and was advised to provide proof of return. So I sent proof of postage and a receipt, but this was 'not evidence' and was told it was on me to contact the couriers.
I therefore lodged a complaint with Royal Mail and on informing Kalibre of this, my return was miraculously found and a refund submitted, minus a charge for their bag (even though I returned in theirpackaging). So it cost me £13.25 for shipping, a return, their bag as well as my time and I have nothing to show for it. Not even an apology. Do not use.

Excellent service with top quality products! Ordered the two chino shorts and was not disappointed, in fact I now want them to bring more colours to market as I know they fit amazingly!
