A complex case which I was struggling to find a lender to use. Mark Hindmarsh was absolutely fantastic in helping me know Keystone was the right home. The underwriting process was also slick and incredibly quick. Thank you all for helping get to the right outcome for the client.

A very good experience with Keystone for a reasonably tricky case. Simon and the team were all very helpful with some last-minute queries and were flexible on the valuation.

Keystone are sending miss leading letters to their existing customers with indicative rates for a product transfer which draws a direct comparison of what rate they are on now with Keystone with an alternative indicative rate they are offering together with comparisons and calculations between the two - these letters are highly miss-leading as Keystone have turned around now stating the rates are un-avalailable. This has left me completely exposed and I am now scrambling around to find an alternative lender

A very complex case that was completed. Keystone sits in the specialist space and there were plenty of caveats including the borrower's age and a commercial lease against a residential property. Simon was brilliant throughout.

Keystone's Service was amazing from start to finish. Our BDM (Simon) has helped us along with cases in terms of the criteria and requirements and really has extensive knowledge of specifics as well as having a real understanding of the market.

System wise, everything was straight forward to submit and underwriter would discuss with us directly to get the requirements satisfied.

We will be submitting more business to Keystone, as a broker their service has been great but my clients have confirmed they've also been very happy with contact they have had too.

Sometimes the underwriters aren't clear in what they're asking for - direct access would be a blessing rather than relying on messages via their system, but overall a good experience. My BDM Mark Grogan - a big help as always!!

As a property finance broker I use many BTL lenders, it starts with the BDM, in the case of Keystone Mark Grogan is as good as they get, always eager to assist when required, and keeps in contact.
The online portal is easy to use, the administration is good, the products are competitive and fit many client types that many lenders do not, Expats in Dubai being an example.
The ability on the portal to fully clone existing cases, and to have the lender attach all previous documents really saves time.
So, as a lender they are my current number one lender.

Keystone helped where other lenders turned away. This was not a straightforward case, but the Team at Keystone were able to help, Simon my BDM, was brilliant and helped get this through to offer and completion 😊Everyone is happy.
