Keystone have flexible criteria which enables me to place my clients business where other lenders, not just the High St, but also other specialist BTL lenders would say 'no'. It is reflected in the pricing, but my professional landlords are happy to take a view of this and are just more content that there is a lender such as Keystone who has an appetite for non-conforming business.

I found the interaction with underwriting good and there was good communication via the Portal. Overall very satisfied with the service and look forward to working with Keystone more in the future.

Had 3 complicated application which no other lender could help with. All went through and completed in a good time. My BDM Simon Jones was a great help with the initial criteria and making sure it all went through as smoothly as possible.

Communication was great. When an update was put on the case. an email was sent. I was always able to speak to the case handler and work through the documents. Quick and easy to deal with.

Keystone were brilliant. I was kept informed through the process. Documents were reviewed quickly and no long waits on hold when calling for updates. Will no doubt be using them again in the future if I have any complex Ltd Company BTL cases.

The great is the service I received from my BDM Vicky Pearce who was always available when needed and proactive in discussions between myself and your underwriting team.

Underwriting was very good and responsive but did get hung up on some smaller details which delayed matters

The bad was the constant charging of offer fees on change of products where my client was being kept waiting by a local authority for an HMO planning confirmation. This increased from £250 to £500 during the process and in my view was not treating the customer fairly.

As a broker, I enjoy working with Keystone. The team are helpful and friendly. My BDM Simon Jones is a good chap too.
