All round excellent and efficient service on a complex Buy to Let remortgage. It wasn't the easiest of deals but was made much easier with the expert team at Keystone. My BDM Mark Grogan was helpful throughout and gave me confidence that the complex deal was one for Keystone despite my concerns.

Keystone including the BDM Simon Jones did what they said they would and agree the case.
This service enabled me to obtain further business and keep an existing client happy as the mortgage was on a property he was selling.

Have been working with Keystone now for about 2 years as a mortgage adviser and have had numerous, brilliant outcomes, some which I've never seen with other lenders. Service is always good, and working with my BDM Mark has been a joy where he actively always tries to help with quirky deals as much as possible. Only thing i would say, although they don't lose a 5 star rating for it, is being able to remortgage at market value within 6 months is absolutely essential for property investors and this definitely needs to be looked into seriously by the team.

There was good communication throughout either through my BDM, or email updates so I knew what was outstanding on the case at all times and where the application was.

Used keystone as a lender fair few times and always are brilliant especially BDM Vicky Pearce who is always at the end of the phone and so helpful. She comes regular to our office in Nottingham and keeps myself and my team updated on any changes. Keystone as a lender is very good at keeping you updated at all times re application

We've used Keystone quite a lot over the years, the latest case was a btl remortgage for a portfolio landlord client for a flat above a night club. We raised the enquiry with our BDM Alan Luther, who quickly escalated the enquiry and returned to us with positive feedback to submit an application. Alan is always on hand to talk through scenarios like this and if needed get some feedback from the underwriting team. 10/10 Would use again!

Mark will always make the time for face to face meetings as well. Underwriting with Keystone is always super quick and straightforward.

Great result when other lenders couldn't. Working with keystone as a mortgage broker was made simple with their responsiveness to any queries. We approached another lender as they were slightly cheaper, but their view was very rigid. The flexibility of keystone allowed us to get the job done.
