Kidsbedsonline Ltd レビュー

10/10 literally amazing from start to finish! Bought the bed it literally arrived the next day.

Will be ordering from these guys again for sure

Bed very sturdy, my daughter loves the bed and sleep very well, easy to put up and good for the price

Very easy sales journey with quick delivery - delivery company messaged and called me to book in a convenient day for me! - mid sleeper was as expected and good quality easy assembly would just recommend having 2 people and electric drill!

Excellent service. Great communication and fast delivery. Would highly recommend.

Great service got my chosen day .bed is amazing the kids love it overall great outcome

Really good product, delivered on time and within the scheduled window. Is was pretty straightforward to build but my only complaint is that you seem to get exactly the number of fixings required. We managed to break a couple of lug fittings during the build (there must have been about 50)) and there were no extras so we had to miss a couple out.

Great service and bed was delivered fast. However 4 stars because one of the delivery men was very rude the other was lovely tho and help carry box upstairs

Easy to order, replies to emails quickly I was very apprehensive on placing a order as need a quick delivery so phoned them and they was very helpful

I was apprehensive about ordering online, so I telephoned Kidsbedsonline before placing the order. After around thee weeks I had not heard anything, so I called them again to see if there was any update, and they very kindly explained that the bed had arrived from Paris and was waiting delivery. That was slightly delayed because I needed the guys to build the bed for me. And thank goodness I selected that option, because there is absolutely no way I could have done it myself! The bed (Parisot High Sleeper) is amazing and the boys who built it were lovely too. I very highly recommend Kidsbedsonline. If you are concerned about having placed an expensive order and not heard anything for a few weeks, they will check their system straight away with a quick phone call so I would not let the online service deter a purchase. They couldn't have been better.

Ordering was really easy, delivery was only a couple of days. 5 boxes in total. Instructions could have been a little more detailed but otherwise a lovely bed and my son is super happy. Very sturdy

Cheapest price on this Daybed online. Really easy to assemble. Looks great.

Ordered was delivered quickly.

The product is amazing quality! Our daughter absolutely loves her new bed. Assembly time matched the description provided on the website.

Overall, very happy with our experience and the bed received!

Ordered the Billie Mid sleeper bed. It arrived within 5 days. Very impressed with delivery service. Bed is good quality and was easy enough to put together. Love all the storage features under the bed and pull out desk is a brilliant space saving feature.

Really good service from start to finish,
Starting with easy order process then fast delivery also been able to pick delivery date was a massive help with planing when to be home also the delivery driver called about a hour before he due to deliver the bed,
As for the product it was exactly what we ordered and was good value for money.

I would definitely recommend this company 100%

Perfect cabin beds !! Well informed throughout the process and it’s nice to be able to speak to someone easily when ringing with any questions!

Highly recommend and will definitely use again

Having shopped around for a high sleeper bed for our 7 year old, we eventually chose Kidsbedsonline and have been delighted with the service they offer. They helped us talk through our frame and mattress options and offered a competitive price. They also helped chase up our delivery with the manufacturer. Throughout the purchase they were responsive and helpful.

Ordered a day bed that converts to a double. After looking online for hours, this was my final choice. It had to be a specific size for my spare room so this was the perfect bed. Received an email with a date from the manufacturers after 2 weeks and the bed followed on the day they had specified. Delivered within the 2 hour time slot and to my upstairs room. Smooth process from start to finish. Now built up, it looks great and feels good quality. Really pleased with it.

Excellent customer service and fast delivery after I’d been let down by another company. Highly recommend.

We’ve had a great experience and would highly recommend. We weren’t 100% sure which bed to order and had a few questions about dimensions and they were super helpful and came back really quickly. We ordered the bed and we received an email very quickly asking which date we would prefer the bed to be delivered. Once delivered there was a slight issue with the order (not their fault) but a slight mistake from the manufacturer, they were so helpful rectifying this and had it sorted within the hour and the correct bed re-delivered the very next day. Brilliant service and will be recommending and using again in the future.

Fast delivery and communication great. Thanks my little boy loves
His bed!
