Waited weeks for item. Insisted they had sent it and then resent it. Nothing received. No apology and (so far) no refund.

Ordered a t-shirt as an Xmas present but never received it. Kidviscious said they were looking into it on 23rd December but nothing still.

I ordered 2 T-shirts in August. Never arrived. Company made excuses but never sent them. Now they don't even respond to emails. Pathetic. Avoid

I own a small business and made the mistake of pointing a customer in the direction of these people to get a few tees for kids. What a mistake! The items never arrived, the customer cannot reach anyone to handle this issue, she had to go through Paypal to get reimbursed.
Please don't do business with these people, they give small business a very bad name for those of us that care for us customers.
Look at their track record here alone. The worst reviews, bad experiences, unhappy people, ,miserable business practices.

Ordered three items. Only two arrived after 1 1/2 month. Asked to get a refund for the missing item, I am still waiting. Unprofessional!!!!!

I placed an order for two t-shirts and paid for them straight away, about 1 week later I contacted them asking where it was, eventually they told me they didn't have the size I ordered in stock and it would be sent soon.

about 2 weeks later I contacted them asking what was going on, and they blatantly ignored me. After several more attempts to contact them I had to go to my bank and raise a dispute against them to get my money back.
I don't know how they are still in business, and for other people's sake I don't hope they last much longer.

I wanted t shirt for my son for Halloween, they replied to emails before sale but now are not replying, I can't get through on phone line it just goes to voicemail, tried facebook, twitter the lot. I just want an update! Now I just want a refund. If they are having trouble getting the item I just want an honest reply. I now have to deal with a disappointed child. If they do not get in touch today I will contact trading standards and have them call as am really disappointed as they seemed a good company with some really positive reviews and great products. Not happy so get in touch Kidvicious and put it right!

On the 8th of July 2015 I placed my order - a baby play-suit and a bib that did not arrive.
Contacted them on 21st July and got a reply back saying they'll look into it. Nothing happened.
Contacted again on August 3rd and they said it was mistake, very sorry, we ship it today. Nothing arrived.
On the 14th August I asked for a refund, they said yes, but nothing was transferred. Currently they are not replying to my messages.
I lost my money, and feel cheated. It was awful.

Update: today 11-09-2015 I got my refund back. Kidvicious apologized for the situation.
