Arrived items wrongly stitched which affects opening and closing wallet.
Fake phone line...called twice, always exactly after 18 min waiting on hold, message that they have technical problems. Scam company. Won't order again

Hice un pedido en la web oficial de Kipling y proporcioné como dirección de envío mi lugar de trabajo, un local comercial en planta baja, con horario de 9:00 a 19:00 h y una recepción activa, por lo que no debería haber habido ningún problema para la entrega.

Sin embargo, recibí un correo de UPS informando que no pudieron entregar el paquete y que debía recogerlo en un estanco alejado de mi ubicación. Intenté contactar con UPS, pero no hay forma de hacerlo, ni por teléfono ni por correo electrónico. Además, en su web, al intentar cambiar la dirección de entrega, aparece un mensaje de error.

Ante esta situación, envié un correo al servicio de atención al cliente de Kipling, pero ni siquiera me han respondido.

En definitiva, una experiencia muy negativa. No recomiendo comprar en la tienda online de Kipling, ya que trabajan con UPS, y ni la empresa de mensajería ni Kipling ofrecen una solución al problema.

Ik heb 2 rol reistassen van Kipling. Beiden zijn de wieltjes kapot. Het rubber is geheel versleten. Bij navraag om nieuwe wieltjes te bestellen, is dit niet mogelijk wanneer de tas ouder is dan 5 jaar.
Nou is een reistas een artikel wat je niet dagelijks gebruikt en is het niet echt duurzaam wanneer de gehele tas in uitstekende conditie is behalve de wieltjes. Kortom Kipling gaat niet uit van een duurzaam product, maar van een weggooi product. Ze geven ook maar 2 jaar garantie. Voor mij voortaan Eastpack. Geeft 10 jaar garantie en een rits werd voor mij kosteloos vervangen.

Increíble, no pensaba que Kipling funcionaba tan mal! Estoy tratando de hacer una devolución por la web y es imposible, me pongo en contacto por e-mail y no hacen más que abrir incidencias y lo único que te dicen que intentaran resolverlo lo antes posible. Tan solo han de generar una etiqueta para poder llevar el producto a una delegación de la empresa de reparto, pero no hay manera. Me encantan la marca que uso hace años, pero no me esperaba este mal servicio. Compré por la web porque cerraron la tienda donde los compraba físicamente, pero desde luego no volveré a comprarles. Nefasto servicio de atención al cliente.

Acquistato uno zainetto con consegna prevista per il 21 gennaio. Non ancora arrivato e tracking non aggiornato. Se ci sia affida a corrieri pessimi come UPS si ha la propria responsabilità. Era il regalo di compleanno per una bimba. Non farò più nessun acquisto. Rispondete alle richieste di verifica che vi ho inoltrato!

Ordered goods but didn't match up to picture. Returned goods in the 4th of Jan. Item tracked and received back by Kipling on the 11th. Still no refund. Had it been an Amazon return the refund would have been issued as soon as it was in transit. Won't buy online from them again

Non e’normale spedire una borsetta senza alcuna protezione,un semplice sacchetto di plastica che la protegga un minimo.Borsa buttata dentro un cartone.Fra l’altro la sfiga vuole la giornata di pioggia ed il corriere che lascia il cartone in giardino,risultato cartone tutto umido.Vi mancano le basi per una semplicissima e più consona spedizione.

The item arrived to me in a very large box without any packaging on it. No wrapping, no peanuts, nothing. It looks battered and dusty rather than new. This is due to a lack of care in customer experience and shipping. Receiving a new item at this price point should be a pleasant experience. I'm paying for Kipling's reputation, because the items themselves are cheaply mass produced in synthetic materials. So if I'm getting a sub par shipping and customer service experience then buying from Kipling becomes very much not worth it. Won't buy from this brand again. I'm not asking for single use plastic I'm asking for you to invest in biodegradable options that allow items to arrive in pristine condition, the condition that I paid for it to arrive in.

Terrible! Overpriced! Poor stitching of bag! The bag has been clearly used too! There is no paper stuffing in the bag that usually comes with new purses/backpacks! The bag smells like a homeless person used it! Not only that, the stitching around the seams and zippers are badly done! There are small stains and scuff marks all over this WHITE BAG that’s supposed to be brand new! Inside of the bag are a bunch of short black hairs! The magnetic clasp on the bag is all ragged and worn! This bag looks and smells dingy! I would think a company that charges high prices for their items would take care of their inventory! And then they want to charge you a restocking fee to return the bag! I will not be doing business with this company again!

Déçue de la qualité kipling, un problème d’usure précoce est apparu sur le sac lunch de mon fils après à peine 4 semaines d’utilisation.
J’ai réussi à renvoyer le sac malgré un service client pas très compétent.
Aujourd’hui cela fait 3 semaines que le sac a été retourné et je n’ai jamais eu aucun retour de leur part. Impossible de les joindre, aucune réponse par mail. Honnêtement, je ne comprends pas sur quoi est basé leur réputation.

Don't bother buying Kipling overprized products. I bought a backpack (Seoul) a while ago. In the course of two weeks 3 of the 4 zips broke. I sent the backpack to repair (delivery cost covered by myself, around 20 EUR) and they sent it back without it having been repaired stating that it was not under guarantee. In the website it states that it's ok to send the item back to be repaired without a ticket (who keeps a ticket over 24 months??), that they would check depending on the label and act according to it. I'm sure it has not been over 24 months since I bought the backpack. And it's so obvious that there's some kind of defect of the zip as they all broke at the same time more or less.

Sono veramente delusa. Come si può spedire una borsa per giunta di colore chiaro senza neanche la protezione di una busta ma infilata velocemente dentro una scatola di cartone oltretutto arrivata rotta e riparata alla meno peggio col nastro adesivo. Con tutta la pioggia di questi giorni le borse perché 2 ne ho comprate sono arrivate umide. Mi spiace ma non è così che una azienda presumibilmente seria dovrebbe comportarsi. Addirittura i pacchi dei siti cinesi vengono consegnati in modo impeccabile rispetto a voi. MAI PIÙ.

Non è concepibile che una borsa,qualsiasi essa sia,arrivi piegata senza alcuna logica ,senza protezione nè plastica,all'interno di una scatola di cartone.
Delusissima,nemmeno se l'avessi comprata alle bancarelle me l'avrebbero venduta così. Per fortuna che la pioggia di questi giorni non ha bagnato il cartone dentro cui mi è stata spedita anche perchè la borsa in questione è panna. Non comprerò MAI più su sito,MAI!!

2 tassen besteld, pakket niet afgeleverd. Contact met Kipling opgenomen. Krijg je een mail terug dat het pakket is teruggestuurd omdat er geen huisnummer bekend was en dat het geld wordt teruggestort. Nu 2 maanden later is geld nog altijd niet teruggestort. Antwoord je op die mail waarin staat dat ze terug zullen storten reageren ze niet. Dien je een nieuwe klacht in, krijg je een mail van een chatbot met de vraag of je nog steeds hulp nodig hebt. Klik je op ja, gebeurt er weer niets. Ik ga mijn rechtsbijstand inschakelen. Dat er nog bedrijven zijn die met UPS werken snap ik niet. Als je je hele bedrijf naar de afgrond wil helpen moet je met UPS gaan werken. Slechtste postbedrijf dat er is. Altijd problemen met pakketten.

Sandaaltjes besteld en betaald. Waren te groot, dus nieuwe besteld.
Na lange tijd kreeg ik mn geld terug echter €5 te weinig!!! Reden…had het aapje…wat ik ten eerste niet had besteld en ook niet hoef..er niet bijgevoegd. En..er zat géén aapje bij de sandaaltjes, dus, had niks om terug te sturen. Ze weigeren de 5 euro terug te betalen!! Ben dus gewoon bestolen door dit bedrijf. Ik laat het er niet bij zitten.( principe kwestie)

Placed an order and paid for expedited shipping on a Saturday. Received notification on Monday that the order was delayed and may not ship out in time. In that same notification there was a note saying I could cancel the order which I expected to do because I was able to find what I needed through another carrier and would guarantee me to get my order in time. I spoke to 3 different reps who all told me different things and it appears they were just trying to avoid canceling the order and still proceeded to charge the card and deliver the product after I requested on THREE separate occasions to have the order cancelled. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

Kipling India store is a total scam. I ordered on 19th July and it's not come yet
The tracking number they have provided shows no information. Another tracking number shows some info but the bag is being tossed around to other countries and cities.
And the support emails are bouncing and contact number doesn't work.

Ordered a duffle bag. Expedite delivery 2nd day air. It’s been 15 days and nothing.
Just excuses and excuses. I moved from the place I ordered and there is no way to return, no way to deliver to another address. It’s a scan run by criminals.
