I am very happy with their customer service. I have a bit of an issue but they sorted it out for me. In case you purchase on iherb, make sure u buy it on the website, not in incognito mode and not in their app otherwise you won’t get the cashback.

Legit
My two purchases from may 2020 was not tracked and the tickets I raised in may are still pending with no reply or updates. This site seems fake, better stay out of it.
EDIT: The cashback was settled once I opened a customer support ticket. Reducing one star as they didn't update my cash back claim for months and had to open a cs ticket to fix that.

Kiwiwallet are a genuine service that pay out quickly. When i did have an issue with my account I contacted them it was resolved promptly. I am very satisfied customer that uses the website regularly with no problems. Would recommend to my friends and family for sure. I'm actually quite surprised there isn't an app and that more people don't know about this amazing service.

Great website, had an issue with cashback amount. It was rectified quickly and got cashback into my PayPal account.

Great value for money - they are with almost all the stores here in Nz and everything you can think of! The best thing about Kiwi wallet they gave you the cash back on top of stores regular discounts and sales. Very impressed with services.

Slow to pay out
Slow to pay out. Many claims exceeded the 16 weeks. there a number of cashback "confirmed" from purchases in 2019 but not yet payable in Sep 2020. Does not track all purchases and have to manually track them. % returns are lower than international websites as well as in some cases lower than other NZ cashback website. Emails are often slow to respond or never responded to.
Nevertheless, they do pay out on some claims, They would only deserve higher ratings, if they could provide a better % return, reply more promptly to enquires, and actually meet their up to 16 week target that they have claimed to do.

We have to wait for our partner retailers to pay to us then we pay our member, sometimes it can take up 16 weeks (your majority of transactions fall into that retailer category). We also tracked all of your transactions and dealt all of missing cashback tickets.

i have used few times kiwi wallet by now from last 2 months and i have $183 cashback now, but it is not ready for withdrawal, it been 2 months now, i have sent few emails, but no response at all

I had not so great experiences with kiwi wallet, some purchases rewards only claimable after 4-6 months, and one hotels.com purchase didn't get rewarded even its been over 12 months, I sent booking and hotel stayed proof yet kiwiwallet supports now wont response any more. Thats over $30 bucks of rewards btw... so my recommendation would be go to other rewards program or just use coupon straight away.

My friend refer to me about this cash back website “Kiwiwallet”. I tried them and was absolutely satisfied and impressed with the easy & simple procedure that they use to pay the cash back. I got the very good deal of air ticket and saved good amount through cash back. These guys answer my all queries promptly and cash back was given on time as mentioned on website.
