I’m sorry this has been such a difficult and confusing experience for you. Receiving a product that isn’t as described, followed by unhelpful contact with support, can be incredibly frustrating, especially when you needed it in time for a specific occasion.

I've escalated this to our Head of Customer Services to look in to.

Please check your emails for contact from our Customer Services team today who will have provided an update on the refund (which has been processed).

Sometimes these processes do fall down (we are working on improvements to stop this happening in future), but we'll always seek to do the right thing to get this resolved with you when they do.

As keen online shoppers ourselves, we know it can feel risky when reading mixed feedback on Trustpilot - so thanks for taking the plunge.

We pick, pack and ship thousands of orders every week, and have thousands of happy customers that come back to us time and again (despite being just over a year old now 🎂).

But we rarely see them on Trustpilot sharing their positive experience - which is sad. 😭

Sometimes things do go wrong - people are fallible. And when they do, Trustpilot is _the_ place people go to let the world know - sometimes before contacting Customer Services so we can put things right.

We’re thrilled to hear your order arrived exactly as expected and that the item is perfect.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you loved the products and found ordering easy, with speedy despatch too. 😊

I'm a bit annoyed the courier has let the side down, though - that’s not the experience we expect from them - and I will be feeding this back to them.

You may already be aware, but there's often a bit of backlog / delay in every courier's network this time of year as package volumes go through the roof when Black Friday sales start.

Paying for express delivery moves your package up their priority list, but it's more costly for you (and us) so very much a personal choice we let people make based on their needs.

Hope to see you again, soon, in any case - and hopefully with quicker delivery next time 🚚🚀
