Returned order on the 18th August 2025 still not received a refund - contacted the company through their website site twice -since still no response, no customer support. If I donât receive a refund within 7 days I will have no choice but to take legal action through the small courts under the consumers rights act 2013. Will NEVER buy from them again!

Bad customer experience
Delivered using EVRI, package was out in an unsafe place and was taken.
It was very difficult to find customer support, when I did find it, they sent me out a form to fill which was very difficult to open.
Once I eventually opened, filled out and sent back they said that they didn't receive it and closed the case.
Awful company!

Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to take any responsibility. Iâve never ever dealt with a company this bad for customer service. There is no customer service. If u need to return anything youâre screwed! The online return process gave me an option to book a collection which I did and ended with a label for me to print. I did and evri collected. However nothing since. No emails no tracking number - assumed job was done.. however now nothing since and knickerbox say not their responsibility. Absolutely disgraceful would never ever buy from them again.
