Had the procedure around 5 years ago and customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Start to finish was seamless. Being welcomed in for a recap on the procedure and how the day will go, you’re immediately put at ease.
You’re then taken upstairs to meet Dr Nishal and his team and to be further prepped for the day. Dr Nishal was very considerate of making sure the new hairline was the one that would suit me and look as close to the hairline I used to have!
I had Gosha and Faye as part of Dr Nishal’s team and they kept the day really lighthearted but incredibly professional. Once the initial anaesthetic injections have been administered, you really can’t feel too much for the rest of the procedure.
I am now day 2 of the post-op plan and everything was provided and laid out simply to make sure the best results are attained.
Thanks again to KSL and particularly Dr Nishal, Gosha, and Faye!

10/10 experience! Lovely staff! 6.5 months after my hair transplant, last PRP today. Started to grow my hair out again now, and is already coming through thick!

I returned for the second time to have my crown done after a successful fringe transplant 2 years ago.
This time I knew what to expect and the procedure which did not put me off as the first result was amazing.
Dr Nishal was as professional as ever and his calming manner put me at ease when I arrived. The crown procedure was shorter than I expected so after a 2000 hair transplant I still left at lunchtime. Both Shihih & Sana we great and their choice of background music helped the 4 hours flow past.
Being an older client (61) I would recommend KSL and say it’s never too late to have great hair ! Thank you team including Lee who provided the initial advice and booked the appointment.

I recently had a hair transplant with KSL at there Kent clinic. I am over the moon with the results, Dr Nishal and his team (Brooke and Shirin) were great and have done a brilliant job. Not only were they very professional, but also very friendly making me feel relaxed throughout the procedure. I also found my consultant Sam to be more than helpful, answering any questions or concerns I may have had before and after the procedure. I couldn’t recommend them enough, Its the best decision i’ve made. I can’t wait to see the results a few months from now. Thank you.

This was a PRP session treatment approx 3 months after a FUE transplant. Delighted with the whole service, everyone is so friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommend KSL to anyone seeking these procedures.

I had a hair transplant done with KSL clinic in Kent in August and had a great experience! Firstly, I want to say thank you to Dr Nishal for overseeing the whole procedure, he made it so easy and comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. Secondly, his team of Martin and Faye were amazing, they work so hard and won’t let anything be done sub-par. Lastly a mention to Harrington, Sam and Lee who made it such a helpful and friendly experience. My hair has all taken after 2 weeks of recovery and I’m excited to see the next 8 months or so of growing.
