Really great friendly service
I've just had my 1st PRP after undergoing a hair transplant the end of March.
I would totally recommend it. Very professional service. Friendly approachable staff. The procedure itself was fairly painless and over very quickly expertly done by Dr Matee. I can't wait to see the results! I've booked in my 2nd one already. Thank you KSL for a brilliant service again.

Years Later and Still Exceptional – Service That Truly Stands Out
I’m leaving this review as the partner of someone who had a hair transplant here over five years ago, and I honestly can’t say enough about how outstanding the experience has been- not just back then, but every single time we’ve returned should that be PRP or a review.
From the moment you walk through the door, you’re met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The customer service is second to none, and it’s the kind of experience that makes you feel like more than just a client, you feel truly valued.
A very special shout out to Isra, who consistently goes above and beyond with her attentiveness, kindness, and that always-welcoming smile. She is an absolute credit to the team and someone who turns a good experience into a great one. She’s one of the key reasons why we’ve continued to feel such loyalty and trust in this clinic over the years (And of course Andrew!!)
In a time when it’s all too easy for companies to let those personal touches slip, this place stands out for never losing that magic. Every visit feels just as warm and caring as the first. They don’t just provide a service, they create a lasting impression of quality and compassion.

Fourth round of PRP
Just had my fourth round of PRP. As usual, it was such an easy and professional experience at KSL with a really friendly staff. I am now seeing amazing results following my hair transplant and the PRP really seems to be helping with hair growth!
