Excellent customer service, thanks to Harvey and the team for their professionalism.

I have l have very bad expériences with Kurtis management. They were in charge of my house for 9 years and sending me only nice pics about some areas of the house when I was abroad, when returning back home, I gave notice more than 5 months well in advance for them to make aware the tenant and to give them time to find a new property but on my big surprise and in order to avoid returning the retention they were holding for the management for 6 months mths they kept finding excuses for 7 months until the retention time were over. Once they were sure they have to return the retention suddenly it was possible for the tenant to move out hmmmm !!! Strange enough. Unfortunately the worse was coming, the house was completely destroyed by the tenant: kitchen draws broken? Wardrobe door mirror kraken, wall smashed, garden fence and shed door broken dirty everywhere etc. 2 pages of items damages , Griffith on wall, doors dirty etc. When the time came to do the check out report you cannot believe they did a report so in favour of the tenant I couldn’t believe. I then found an independent surveyor who did a very professional report which I sent to Kurtis but instead of sending to the tenant they responded themselves saying 99% of the claim was tear and wear. How on earth broken cabinet, door, mirror, shed, tiles broken, etc can be considered as tear or wear ? Finally I found out that the agent had a good relationship with the tenant hence they didn’t want to upset him hence they didn’t want side with me as a landloard who trusted them for 9 years and paying them every single month. It was their duty to protect my interest instead of siding with a tenant only for potential future business. I m so angry and disappointed with Kurtis not being professional I will never recommend Kurtis in my life, trust me if you want to regret one day don’t hesitate to handover your property management to Kurtis. I don’t use to send review but I feel that as a human being I don’t want someone else to get in the same situation but is your decision if you do not want to believe me. Even when claiming to the TDS they refused to help while it was part of their duty step in and to help with the dispute but instead they were rather helping the tenant. I m so frustrated that I do no longer want to rent again the property I decided to decorate in order to put it on the market for sale.

Great service received in renting our first flat. Process explained clearly and was a breeze getting a contract. Would highly recommend and would use again in the future!

I’ve been using Kurtis property services to buy and rent property through for over 10 years, Elliot and Harvey are efficient and reliable, they have helped me run and grow my prosperous lettings business.

Kurtis have always been very professional in their approach and service for residential lettings to landlords which is why I have stayed with them in these challenging times for business. This letting did prove challenging but they have persevered and ultimately found what I required. 100% trustworthy which means everything in this business.

My experience has been so nice since we moved in to the property. All complains except the window blind of the two that was not in good condition which has complain initially but since we can do without it. But sincerely every other complain was timing attended to, for instance the boiler, washing all these has been properly attended to.

Team at Kurtis has been extremely supportive throughout our purchase process. The communication has been efficient and very professional through the whole process and I can recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase propriety.
