Hello,
Thank you for your message. We understand your concern, but your comment does not relate to our business.
We have not closed any website.
Several customers have recently confused us with another company called “Laco&Shop” (laco-shop.com), which sells advent calendars and other items we do not offer.
Please double-check the website where you made your purchase.
If you believe your order was placed with us, please provide your order number or confirmation email so we can verify it.
Without this information, we are unable to link your review to a genuine experience with our store.
Thank you for your understanding.
