Both my wife and I have enjoyed dealing with Sharon Govan at the Mount Florida branch for insurance for our cars and the house. The quality of the cover and the quotes were far better that we could get from other insurance providers including online brokers.

She genuinely cares about her customer and took her time to get the best deal available, answering questions and giving advice, each step of the way. I never make a decision on the spot, I always think things over before making any final decision but I felt so confident with her support and advice that I purchased home insurance immediately. She truly is an asset to this company. I’ll definitely use this company again and ask for Jenny specifically. It’s important to add that there was a very friendly vibe to the office in general.

I have used Laurie Ross for 7 years re my Car Insurance. All the employees are happy to explain the insurance premium to you in a most professional, yet straightforward manner. I also like the fact that they will try to find a better (cheaper) premium in the event that a client wishes them to do so. Definitely a case of putting the client first. I have often referred LR to friends of mine who are looking for another broker.
