They sell garbage. They sell knockoffs and counterfeits. They refuse to refund even though the site says, "30 days free return and refund". They even refuse to cancel orders that are "cash on delivery". When they do that, I refuse delivery and refuse to pay. The item is then returned to the vendor at their expense. I only shop at Lazada if I have no other option. They refused to cancel an order today, despite it not shipping yet and is cash on delivery. They have sent me wrong items (usually less expensive items) and refuse to send the correct order, give a refund, or accept a return, despite "30 days free return and refund". Lazada is another Alibaba scam.

I must accept responsibility for not doing my homework about Lazada but I cannot recommend their service one bit!
I purchased a car floor mat set. It consisted of six pieces however only three pieces were delivered. I raised this immediately with the seller including photographic evidence which included the box the three pieces arrived in which would not have been big enough to accommodate all six pieces.
The seller did not respond at all. So, I raised it with Lazada who themselves took over a day to respond.
My request to return what was delivered for a refund was denied on the grounds I did not provide enough evidence!!! What evidence can you provide for components that were not included!!??
Lesson learned. Do not deal with Lazada. Account closed!!
The gates of hell
The top caption expresses it perfectly, no refund for orders placed, no assistance from the humorously labeled, customer service? Two recent experiences, one product never delivered for 3 months but still shows ready to ship. Five calls to customer service have achieved no results, claims that case will be escalated go nowhere. Second case, two shirts that haven't been delivered many weeks after the delivery date, same experience customer for service calls go nowhere. I am starting to believe that this company is actually extorting customers, meaning they pocket money and then use their customer service umbrella to conceal them from this fraudulent and deceptive practice. Avoid this company at all cost.
Missing products and bad customer service
I ordered a product and there was a item missing. Seller refused to send me the missing item and Lazads refused to give me a refund. I had to order the missing item on Shopee. Lazada is not trustworthy, they lie and their feedback says by a return and refund request:"....product must send back to LAZADA...." Like Lazada is the seller and in that case Lazada must take responsibility about their mistake. There is no consumer protection.
BUYER BEWARE
They refuse to acknowledge their serious problems. They put their sellers way ahead of their customers, like me. They always baby their sellers. LAZADA allows many, many, many, bad and corrupt sellers to work from their platform. Sellers bait and switch not sending the item in the photo. Lazada is supposed to have a no questions asked refund in the first 7 days!! (that's a lie)
Own more than one occasion I received a shipment and it was not correct and ask for a refund within 20 minutes and finally get the refund after 3 weeks of fighting with them and the seller.
C.O.D. Cash.On.Delivery. Is one of the best ways to protect yourself, because in Thailand the government says you are allowed to look into your package to examine it and send it back without paying. That is by far the only way to assure you have no headaches other than having to be there when the package arrives.
OVERSEAS/CHINA.
Lazada must have more than 1,000, or way more than 1,000 sellers shipping from China. These sellers will put location as somewhere around Bangkok when in effect it is coming from China.

HERE ARE SOME THINGS LAZADA NEEDS TO DO.
Fully disclose if the item you are purchasing is coming from overseas specifically China, as China makes as many counterfeit products is the new original products.
Honor their policies!! If someone wants a refund during their 7-day no questions asked refund request, then there should be no questions asked! The buyer should not have to wait on a dealer to honor a 7-day no questions asked refund. Even with their claim of this I have had a few battles when asking for a refund within the first 20 minutes after finding I had a bad order.
With Amazon #1 online site in the World You get an immediate refund and if there's any problems with a seller Amazon deals with them and will probably not allow them to sell on Amazon any longer.
Here the seller can be in China and pretend he is in Bangkok and offer a discount if you do not receive your package on the day advertised. That discount is factored into the order to try to cheat customers, and hide the fact that the item is coming from China.
Buyer beware when purchasing items through Lazada.

Why oh why does Lazada put obstacles in the way when trying to place an order?
Recently, every time I go to place an order, at the "place order now" box, I get a message which reads: -The system has identified unusual traffic from your network- I then have click on a slider bar to continue. This is most annoying. It's as if they don't want to take the order.
Promised Credit Voucher not received
On August 2nd, 2025 I ordered a âHigh Pressure Oral Irrigatorâ.

On August 13th I received the device and paid "Cash on Delivery", Baht 355.80
On August 15th I sent the device back, it was defective and not working as intended.
On August 16th I received the following message from Lazada:

Chat with Lazada only confirmed that I had received a "Credit Voucher". I tried the Hotline but I couldn't get through to the hotline for linguistic reasons.
In the meantime I have placed several new orders but I have not found the voucher until today, December 24th. and couldn't use during checkout.

I purchased a 5âliter mixer from Harei Group (Hinso Group) on Lazada, and within less than six months the machine broke under normal use. The bowlâs ear (mounting part) snapped off due to poor design â the pin is smaller than the hole, which caused vibration and eventually failure.
When I contacted the seller, the communication was slow and repetitive. They kept asking for videos even though the machine could not be operated without the broken part. Despite advertising a 2âyear warranty, the shop refused to provide spare parts or arrange repair. Instead, they insisted I find a local technician myself, even though I explained there is no teak welder available in my area.
The sellerâs responses often shifted responsibility back to me, suggesting the damage was caused by customer use, which is not true. I run a professional bakery with multiple machines and know how to operate mixers correctly. The product was clearly defective from the start.
In the end, the shop offered vague promises about âhelping with repair costsâ but no concrete solution. Warranty should mean proper repair or replacement, not leaving the customer to solve manufacturing defects alone.
Summary:
⢠Product broke in under 6 months due to poor design.
⢠Seller refused to provide spare parts or arrange repair.
⢠Warranty terms were not honored.
⢠Communication was slow, repetitive, and dismissive.
I cannot recommend this seller. Buyers should be aware that warranty support may not be reliable, and product quality is questionable.
Lazada LEX TH ' service' delivery is useless.
I have used Lazada for several years, but with very limited success when it comes to delivery issues.
As soon as LEX TH is involved in the delivery, it fails almost EVERY TIME. Often the response from LEX is: a delivery attempt has taken place, but this is completely untrue. Again, again I was waiting at home for a shipment and again I was informed that a delivery attempt had taken place - IN NO WAY, NO PHONE CALL, NO CONTACT - NOTHING, and again, again I had to waste my time.
My order is now stated to arrive within a period of three days, meaning that I have to wait at home for three days - SORRY LAZADA - THIS IS BEYOND ALL CRITICISM - VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Fortunately there are now other providers - for sure, I will use these companies rather than LAZADA's extremely poor LEX 'delivery service'. LEX is LAZADA's own delivery company it is stated.
I can only warn others against LAZADA's extremely poor and unreliable delivery service or lack thereof.

Lazada is soooo bad. Second time in a short period that I ordered an item and then seller changed the status to âready to shipâ but then the item suddenly was out of stock. This time the item is still online for sale.
I ordered on the first of November and my package was supposed to arrive the latest on November 13. At the time of this writing itâs November 15 and my package still has the status âto shipâ. And all I see is an apology message from Lazada saying they are working to get my package as fast as possible. What a blatant lie, Lazada isnât doing anything.
I tried to contact Lazada about this but all I get is a useless and retarded chatbot that even redirects me to another useless and retarded chatbot. Then I received a Lazada notification message asking for my feedback on the chatbot. Well, the notification disappeared in two seconds so I wasnât able to tap it and give my feedback.
I also contacted the seller from China who (in Thai language) sends me templated messages back saying the item is out of stock. I told them they have to cancel my order and they wrote back that the system will cancel it. Itâs not been canceled.
Inside the chat I am asked to rate the seller and when I try to rate them I get a message that I can only rate them after I chatted with them. ð€ª
I canât give a public review on the seller on warn other consumers because Lazada only allows this after receiving an item.

So my Wife Bless her decide on a friends recommendation that she would like a Lenovo Tablet for her Birthday which falls on 6th November, so thinking I had just over two weeks left I ordered from an Established reseller who advertised the Lenovo Tablet at just short of àž¿3000 including free items keyboard, smart watch cases etc. Android 12 systemâŠPlaces the order on 20 October and the item arrived two days later minus the keyboard, screen covered in scratches and Android 9 showing on the display. Did some background checks and discovered the device was 4 years old, so I returned it. chose another established reseller, similar promotional mak advertising tablet includes free screen protector fitted, Android 12, 12â screen and a free keyboard, ordered on 22 nd October, arrived on 25th again minus keyboard, screen protector not fitted and the casing on the device was badly rubbed so again I returned it and Iâm still awaiting a refund even though the vendor has had it back since the 27th October, contacted Lazada and received the answer the seller requires more time to check the item. Disgruntled with the customer service agent I requested that a manager call me Iâm still waiting. Stupidly I ordered a third tablet as a replacement for the first two, you guessed it, free key pad advertised and no key pad, I have three messages from this vendor confirming that itâs supplied with a free wireless keyboard, messages being prior to purchase, contacted the vendor to be told sorry sir no keyboard with this model!! So thatâs going back as well. The first two tablets I paid with my debit card, the third I paid C.O.D and no decision on refund has been made yet, because they need to give the reseller more time to decide, Iâm currently outstanding just over àž¿9000 and now have two days until the Wifeâs Birthday. Moral to the story and itâs a shame we canât name and shame, all the vendors are Thai and have clearly misadvertised, happy to take your money and useless at answering problems, they just donât answer. Rubbish. They used their own courier, LEX, to ship my order. Then it sat in their warehouse for a number of days, until they decided that my delivery address is incorrect and they cancelled my order and returned it to the merchant. My address is obviously not incorrect. In fact I have received a large number of parcels from various couriers (including LEX) at this exact address, including parcels from the company whose order they have now cancelled. I contacted their so-called customer support who did nothing but, like a parrot, repeat the information that was already on the app. They were not interested in investigating and when I asked why they would lie and say that I gave them the wrong address, they simply responded "It's a just a reason they give to cancel the order." At the end of it, they sent me an automated email: Issue resolved. What a complete joke. Won't be using Lazada anymore.
