Excellent communications, support and overall performance. Minor hiccup once or twice with registration of new domain, but speedily resolved with a single call. Website dashboard provides very easy management of domain registrations. Have been a long standing customer for many years and simply have not felt the need to look elsewhere.

Rang up because my renewals were overdue and they were really helpful on the phone. To be fair it took a long time to wait for someone to speak to but it was the first day back after New Year so probably very busy

A customer of 15+ years and they suspended all my services on Christmas Day as my business bank card had “expired”. Which ironically was still valid until the END of 2025.
In the past they’ve always called me if an issue, no phone calls during holidays though- they just disable all my websites and emails!
It took them over 3 days to respond to an urgent support ticket.
Unreliable, expensive, and won’t hesitate to take your services offline without notice.
Good riddance. I’ll never be back!

LCN auto-renewed my domain without clear consent, and their emails went to spam so I never saw the reminders. I asked for a refund and they refused. Every other registrar I’ve used refunds in these cases — not LCN. Avoid them.

Every year, I face issues when renewing and implementing SSL certificates with LCN. Despite paying for services and being promised smooth setup, things never go smoothly. The teams handling this lack accountability, proactivity and attention to detail, and I am repeatedly left chasing them to get basic services completed.
I also had to pay for the “Customer Success – Internal Migration” service, which was not completed as promised.
If you expect professional, reliable service, LCN does not deliver.

Tried to register 2 domains and I then received an email from them the next day, saying they was rejected, I then sent them 2 emails with no response back about me getting my money back.

Recently registered denticore-us-us.com, seems like they have flagged me as scam after the payment was done. opened a ticket, its been 2 hours still no reply. Scam

LCN Support used to be really good. These days they're not really fussed and can't wait to get off the phone. I managed to fix it myself via forums and eventually changed the outgoing port to 25 and my emails were sent. They had told me to use port 465?
Probably going to look for a new supplier soon.

Our experience with LCN has been frustrating and expensive. Their Pro Email package cost us more than £700 for just three mailboxes over two years; a price that is massively out of line with the rest of the industry. Equivalent services from Google or Microsoft cost less than half of what LCN charges.
When we raised concerns, the support team avoided answering the pricing questions directly and offered no review of previous billing. Responses felt generic and unhelpful, and the only solution offered was a small discount on a renewal we had no intention of accepting.
The platform itself feels outdated, and the value simply isn’t there.
We’ve since moved our email hosting to Google Workspace and would recommend others compare alternatives before choosing LCN.
