Terrible company so I'm moving away

Excellent support on DNS issue
I spoke with Richard who helped me solve a DNS issue with a client website. Not only did he fix my issue he also identified some issues I didn't know I had and helped fix those too!!

Support team (Kyle) great help
There was a pretty fundamental technical issue with the control panel and updating credit card details. With just one day to renewal on some of my domains I had to ring tech support. Kyle was a great help and carried a work around which sorted everything out. Thank you Kyle!
It is apparent that the personnel associated with this company is far superior to their technical platforms.
