Have ordered several leather sofas, etc. from Leather Furniture Expo and am happy with every item. Their delivery and customer service are first rate, and the furniture is beautiful, well-made, and durable. Much better than local furniture stores.

Amazing Natuzzi leather and quality of furniture. The price I paid for Natuzzi in 2019 is the same price I paid back in 1992 for Natuzzi at Montgomery Wards in Houston! Guess what.......the 2019 leather quality is higher than the Natuzzi set I bought from MW over 25 years ago! GREAT! You can not go wrong here. The 4 month wait is worth it! Delivery was great too! LEATHER FURNITURE EXPO FOR THE WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great overall experience in product quality as well as shipping and delivery! I would highly recommend purchasing from this company. Customer service of the delivery team was exceptional. Friendly guys who were knowledgeable and had obvious experience. The communication over the ordering period was also exceptional. With large purchases like the inventory provided, it was great to feel in the loop with the product's status. Product quality is top notch. I've received numerous compliments and have always been personally excited to look at and use my new couch. I'd recommend ordering a swatch before placing your order.

I knew I wanted to invest in a leather couch, but when I went to the local furniture stores, it was either fake leather or the least quality leather option at really high prices and I didn't really know the difference just could tell by seeing it.

I went online to research about leather furniture and found several sites that detail hide, thickness, who the manufacturers are and if they are bottom of the line quality or top quality. Really, there are a handful or so of the manufacturers making furniture, especially leather, so I knew what I wanted.

After months of researching and comparing prices both online and at local store, I found Leather Furniture Expo. They have a huge selection of furniture, but what I really liked was the fact I could customize the leather with color and quality grade so I knew it would be exactly what I wanted. I priced it with a local store and Leather Furniture Expo came in over $600 less. I was able to get free white glove delivery and a 5 year warranty.

The couch is really solid and actually better than I had imagined. I am going to wait until Black Friday to see about getting a chair and ottoman.

The communication and the delivery service was great. I could see from Leather Furniture Expo the status of the build and then I received a call from the Delivery Company a week before and then several calls that day updating me with times. The guys made sure I was happy with the product and delivery.

My purchase experience was great, the pricing reasonable & weekly notifications about my order were excellent. I did have problems with the delivery process. Once the management became aware of my problems they moved swiftly to address the issue and way above my expectations to make me a happy customer. Often when you buy expensive merchandise online, you have concerns about the company and how they will stand by their products......please if you are considering a furniture purchase you can rest assured that Leather Furniture Expo will make sure you are a happy customer!

The sofabed is awesome! Very comfortable to sit on, and comfortable for sleeping. We chose the lease expensive option for the leather, and it is beautiful. The guys that delivered it were very careful, they did a great job considering how small the door width was, no complaints at all.

We were a little anxious about ordering furniture online, but the value was too good to pass up. The furniture arrived within the timeframe that was promised. Delivery was smooth and the guys were careful in setting it up and cleaning up after themselves. The Palliser sofa set we ordered was perfect. No tears, scratches or holes. The recliners all work. We have now had the set for a couple of months and couldn't be more pleased with the furniture and the transaction. Wow would highly recommend Leather Furniture Expo.

The process of purchasing our leather furniture was great! We financed for free and that process was totally painless. Our furniture was delivered exactly when they said it would be, and the white glove delivery was excellent. The gentlemen were very polite. I have recommended Leather Furniture Expo many times and will continue to recommend them!

We purchased the Natuzzi Editions B858 Leather Sofa because of the extra length and the shorter seat depth. We did it all from our home in California. Leather Furniture Expo.mailed us leather samples which gave us several selections on colors and grades of leather. The wait was so worth it. It is the most beautiful, supple soft leather sofa we ever owned. Prior to our purchase, we checked stores throughout our location and we couldn't find anything like this sofa. Don't let the better value make you think it's lesser quality. The quality is A #1.

We love our sectional from Leather Furniture Expo. We love RH but couldn't accept the price tag of the Brompton Leather sectional we have been eyeing for the last few years. Enter Leather Furniture Expo. We contemplated moving forward with an online retailer for quite some time. It was a hard decision because this is an expensive sight, unseen purchase. Although, LFE came in at about half the price of RH it wasnt a decision to be taken lightly. We made the purchase on 06/07/2019 for a L-Shaped, extra depth, Brompton Brown Leather sectional (paid an upcharge for this leather selection) and our sectional was delivered four months later on 10/14/2019. We were anxious for its arrival but it was well worth the wait. LFE kept us informed of the furniture's progress via email updates- which we appreciated. The sectional is stunning and adds a new dimension to our home. If you are on the fence on buying from this company read my review again. I hope I persuaded you to live your best life on beautiful leather furniture. You are welcome!

I was beyond hesitant to buy an expensive leather sofa from a company I was not familiar with. However, we are SO happy with our decision to buy a Dania recliner couch and chair (in Frontier Ranch leather). This stuff is showcase quality and it was a transformative look for our family room. People literally gasp when they walk into this room and, most recently, a contractor who came over to estimate remodeling our kitchen and master bath was like "can I please just sit in this recliner and smell the leather". This is worth every penny, and more. Pottery Barn is dead to me.

Wonderful customer service: They kept me informed of progress and delivery weekly. The sofa itself is beautiful and extremely well made and it looks and sits better than comparable models triple the price. After 5 months of heavy wear, it still looks brand new. It does take several months to get your order, but it was worth the wait. I will order leather from no one else.

I ordered from Leather Furniture Expo over the phone because I wanted to pay a deposit, then remainder of balance when the sofa shipped. Each week I got a scripted email showing the progress of my order as it was custom-made; it actually took about 3 weeks less from purchase to delivery than anticipated. When the sofa was ready to ship, LFE let me know the separate shipping company would take over the order. I expected a little more information at that time from the shipping company, but it turns out they only notify the buyer 2 weeks before delivery, and I had a couple of weeks to go. The deliverymen were extremely professional, and even wore white gloves! They assembled the sofa (Unpacked and put on feet), and had me check over every inch of my beautiful Natuzzi black sofa. It is perfect and very comfortable. In a couple of years, when my new room is ready, I'll be buying more of this leather furniture! Everyone was friendly, polite, and easy to understand.

My wife and I are totally impressed with the service, quality and especially the leather used on our furniture. It is heavy duty, soft and the finish is beautiful. We have had this set for three or four months, with five dogs and two adults sitting on it daily, it has held up to constant usage without showing any wear, marks etc.
Delivered at least three week before promised date, by profession crew.
The only negative is my wife thought it was so nice, we had to update our TV room and install in ceiling and wall speakers, paint and buy upscale furniture. Also weekly updates from company on order process. I would rate 10 stars, we are so pleased.

I ordered an L-shaped sectional from the clearance section. It was beautiful and exactly like the picture. I had no issues at all with the company.

Quality of merchandise is excellent. Service up to delivery was also good but the actual delivery process was a big problem. It did not arrive on the day scheduled with no explanation or notice and one of the delivery man (apparently the one responsible for the trip) was truly a blot on any company's reputation that he represented (perhaps it was just a really bad day for him).

Great selection, great prices, great customer service. We love our new double reclining sofa and reclining chair. The leather selection was very good and the quality is excellent.

I’m very happy with my living room , good quality and exactly as expected. The only problem I encountered was the shipping company took a little longer than expected. But overall I’m very happy
