I was a bit nervous ordering a leather sofa online. Leather Furniture Expo kept us informed all along the way with the process and our sofa arrived on time, was professionally set up in our home and is exactly what we ordered! We love it!!

Very, very happy with Leather Expo. The couch is just what we ordered and the customer service was outstanding. From the beginning to the end everything was seamless and we have a beautiful high quality couch. I would definitely order from them again!

Yes, it takes a long time for furniture to arrive and it is so hard to wait. But it’s worth it. The ordering process is easy and the sales people are knowledgeable. I love our new sectional and hope it lasts for years.

Beautiful furniture but an unexpected long deliver period. I guess my husband didn’t see details on how long the production and shipment period was. We ordered the furniture the first week of July and it was delivered in November. We did receive weekly updates so that was helpful. Very happy with the quality and look of the items.

I ordered my sectional back in August. It finally came today. It’s beautiful. Only complaint is the shipping/delivery company. They had my sofa for a few weeks. I called them several times with a different response each and every time. Three men over an hour late with no phone call finally showed up. One had a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and all three smelled really bad. My new sofa was filthy from their dirty hands. Gross! This was definitely not white glove service. Terrible delivery service for sure. Also my ottoman is not the one I ordered, I have sent photos and measurements to LFE and hope this gets resolved promptly.

I ordered a leather couch online. I had never done this before, and, of course, had hesitation. What I received was a couch extremely protected ( almost overkill, which is really good) for the long shipment to me. Not one scratch on it. The couch is gorgeous, solid, and even more than I could expect, even if I had bought it in a high quality furniture store. I cut out the middle man, saved myself money, and received an incredible couch.
Every step was easy. Every person I communicated with was professional, helpful, and so pleasant.
I would definitely recommend this company and would definitely buy from them again.

I received my sofa today. The completed sofa is beautiful and in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the workmanship! Delivery occurred as planned and the delivery men were very professional and efficient. From the beginning of the order to delivery, the process went well. I would recommend Leather Furniture Expo.

We love our sofa but getting it was more hassle than we expected. Our order coincided with the COVID pandemic. We didn't think that was an issue because the company was sending weekly updates saying our order was on track and our sofa was being built. Turned out that wasn't true. The factory in Mexico had been shut down and work on our order - but not the email updates - had been halted. When the order was completed I got an email from FragilePak, the delivery service, to schedule our delivery. I filled out their form but didn't get a confirmation. Tried calling but never connected. Finally I called LF Expo and begged them to get our delivery scheduled. Bottom line is the sofa is lovely, very well made and just what we wanted and expected. As other reviewers have said - be prepared for a longer wait and more personal involvement than you might expect.

Their service was excellent and their customer service was first rate. Their white glove delivery was also exceptional! I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone!

I really researched leather furniture before purchasing from leather expo. The quality of my sectional seems outstanding. White glove delivery was great!! They took much care in getting the sectional in the house and setting it up.

I was nervous about making a large purchase on line, however, it was really hard to find a configuration that would fit my long, narrow family room. I was able to order the perfect size to fit my space. I chose a medium gray color which makes the room look even larger. Leather Furniture Expo sent me weekly updates as it progressed. The waiting period took longer than if i had purchased from a store but it was worth the wait. I love my custom made sofa and would recommend this company to anyone looking for specialty furniture.

Customer service was excellent, they sent me multiple swatches so I could make a decision on material and color. Shipping and delivery uneventful. The delivery guys were very polite and efficient and most of all, the sofa, sidechair and ottoman are well made and exactly what I wanted.

I was skeptical on making such a large purchase on line and furniture to top it off. When my sofa arrived, the white glove service was excellent, they placed the sofa where I wanted it and removed and hauled away all the wrapping. The sofa looks great, I’m pleased with the quality, I’m pleased with my purchase and I will recommend to friends and family

I ordered a sofa and ottoman and they are beautiful! The color selection was great and the order process was fast and easy!

I ordered a sofa and loveseat about 3.5 months ago. Originally, Leather Furniture Expo told me the furniture would arrive close to Thanksgiving. There was a delay due to the manufacturer, but Tom has been very helpful and willing to compensate me for the delay. He called me and talked through the issues with me and I appreciate that. Ask for Tom or Sam to help you if there is an issue and you’ll have a good customer service experience.

I received a credit on my credit card statement for the furniture due to the delay. From what I read on the other reviews, I expect the furniture to be worth the wait.

Update:
I received my furniture in late January and it’s wonderful. You can tell it’s built well and everyone in my family thinks it’s super comfortable. I would definitely go with the deep seating option if you have room. We had an issue with damage from a knife while the movers were unpacking it but Leather Furniture Expo sent someone right out to fix the cut.

As someone who has experienced a lot for only placing one order, I would recommend them and will probably buy from them again in the future.

UPDATING:
First I wrote - I debated whether I should even rate with one star. I ordered my Sofa in early June and still have not received it. Got updates for about 12 weeks and then was told it didn't make the ship on time. Since then it has been one delay call after another. Is this company legitimate? Has anybody gotten what they ordered? While the prices are lower, they are still not cheap if you go with better branded leather and certainly not worth the price if the product never shows up! Disappointed right now! I wonder if I will get the sofa - I'll let you know.

NEW - I just got my sofa!! The product is beautiful and excellent quality! Yes it was a long long wait, but the team at Leather Furniture Expo really did right by me. Gave me a good discount because of the unusual wait and let me pay on delivery. I am updating to 5 stars because they listened to the concerns of the customer and worked with me. I will definitely come back and would refer to a friend.

I had a great experience ordering my furniture. I was a little apprehensive ordering a leather sofa online without seeing it, but the end product is wonderful. I received weekly updates of the progress and was communicated with regularly when delivery neared. While it took a couple of months to receive, this was addressed upfront and was well worth the wait. I would definitely recommend Leather Furniture Expo to anyone I know.
