Fantastic reception at Branges and a great and easy check-out at St Jean de Losne. This is our second time renting a boat from LeBoat and are already planning our next adventure as we travel home from this one.

Haben das Boot Vision 4 gemietet.
Leider in den Kabinen keine Heizung, trotz zu erwartender niedriger Außentemperaturen. Meinung Vermieter: Da müsste man sich einen Heizlüfter mitnehmen.
In 2 Kabinen tropft Wasser von der Decke.
Gasherd fehlerhaft
Schimmel in vielen Bereichen. Mehrfache Technikereinsätze brachten keine Verbesserung.
Zum Abschluss leider keine Einsicht bzw. angemessene Entschädigung durch den Vermieter. Fazit: Kein Boot mehr bei „LeBoat“ mieten

Unsere Boote sind grundsätzlich mit einer Heizung ausgestattet. In Ihrem Fall kann es sein, dass die Heizleistung bei niedrigen Außentemperaturen als unzureichend empfunden wurde. Nach Wunsch können wir zusätzlich Heizlüfter bereitstellen . Für die von Ihnen geschilderten technischen Mängel, Feuchtigkeit und den entstandenen Eindruck mangelnder Unterstützung möchten wir uns ausdrücklich entschuldigen.
Wir nehmen Ihr Feedback sehr ernst und möchten den Vorgang gerne nochmals prüfen. Bitte setzen Sie sich dafür direkt mit unserem Kundenservice unter customerservice@leboat.com in Verbindung, damit wir den Fall gemeinsam nachverfolgen können.

La météo fait parfois des siennes, mais comme vous le soulignez si justement, cela fait aussi partie de l’aventure… et n’enlève rien aux souvenirs inoubliables.
