Kaitlyn was so helpful from the start which made the stress of the situation ease and I felt like I was finally getting somewhere ☺️.

The multiple guys I had spoken too which while sorting my claim and even getting my hire bike situated was amazing, firstly Louis for explaining the situation and what options I had in a clear manner to help me better understand and feel confident with what my best option would be, then secondly speaking to Dan on the second call had gone above and beyond to try and answer all my questions and try and help with the urgency of my issue at hand. I couldn’t thank them enough

Unfortunately I had a motorcycle accident, and I have used the Lancaster Gate customer service. They answered me quicly and I spent roughly an hour at phone. She provided me all information that I needed and the operator has been really helpfull. I higly recommend their service.
