I was so dubious of this sort of call when I got it. I had been through other companies trying to get my rates reduced. I got over 8K back within 6 weeks and my rates have been halved. Don't miss out , I nearly did. Super happy and it took me 20 mins of my time.

Marshall called us, and efficiently reclaimed over 11K of rates, and the process was a piece of cake, AND we now have no ongoing business rate charges....I was initially sceptical as these things come out of the blue, but the service was excellent, and pretty much faultless. Highly recommend.

I was a bit sceptical at first but I invited the rep, who explained the process thoroughly with me, took some photos of our property and I signed up. I had to supply some sales figures which wasn't hard to do. I didn't actually think we would get anything back, but they managed to get us back a substantial sum back, I did look at doing the process ourselves but believe it was worth the 35% fee. Very professional dealing with everyone from the company, and would recommend.

LHL reached out to us as a small company and initially I wasn't sure about whether this was genuine or not. However, following a meeting with them, they assured us that this was all above board and were able to support us with getting a substantial amount reimbursed for business rates. Prompt, professional, friendly staff handling everything from start to finish to ensure the whole process was hassle-free for us. LHL took care of everything and we had our refund from the council within 10 days. 5 star service, would highly recommend.

We were a little sceptical and took a couple of calls before we took the time to look in to them before we agreed to meet - A brief pain free meeting where the process was explained - forms complete and a few weeks later a refund was received from SADC.
