I was contacted by LHL regarding the service they could offer. From the first conversation to receiving my rates refund the service was excellent. Their figures were spot on, they explained the process and over delivered when it come to timescales.
Delighted.

I was very very sceptical after getting yet another email telling me I might be due a Business Rates Refund, I decided to do a little bit of research and then rang LHL and first spoke to Natalie, she explained the process and I also like that she did not keep pestering me, I then decided to go for it and then got an email 10 days later from the council to say that £8,621 was due back to us within 10 days, it then arrived in the bank account 3 days later. What a nice change to deal with a truly professional company. Thank you LHL

I have been being contacted by these kinds of companies for a while now, all promising reduced rates and refunds. If I'm honest, I thought it was some kind of scam.

When I was contacted by LHL Property Auditors, something just felt a little different, so I thought it wouldn't hurt to invite them in for a chat.

The rep arrived all but bang on when I was told he would, explained the process thoroughly with me, and gave me the opportunity to sign up. I didn't actually think I would get anything back, but they managed to get me back just over £5,500! Even taking their fees into account, this has now given me enough money to do a fairly substantial project in the business that I just haven't had the spare cash to do.

From start to finish they have been absolutely amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Having been previously ripped off by Clements Agency, which claimed to do the same job, I was initially very suspicious. My fears were completely unwarranted. LHL does exactly what it promises. Less than four weeks after my initial meeting with them, the refund was in my bank, and my business rates were reduced.

All I can say is don't hesitate. Phil was our contact and so helpful from start to finish, kept us updated through every step and more than delivered what he promised.

Don’t miss this opportunity ! I was worried that this was a scam ! Totally legit ! Very Little to do myself apart from the sign, can’t praise them enough ! They managed to get around £10,000 off my current Business rates and a refund of the over £8000 !!

When approached by LHL it did sound too good to be true but in fact they followed through with the exact figures they quoted on the initial call.

As we didn't have to pay anything up front it put me at ease to let them get to work and within about 6 weeks we had a substantial cut to our rates and refund. Would highly recommend them!

I was contacted by LHL and to be honest everything they said seemed too good to be true. Reading such positive reviews on Trustpilot gave me a lot more faith in what they were saying and after a couple of calls I agreed to use their services with regards to business rates.
I am completely blown away with the professionlism they offer and the ease with which they carried out their promises. Our company received an unexpected cash injection that really helped.
This is a company that I can highly recommend in every way.

Like many others have said, I was initially very dubious of the service as it seemed too good to be true. However, a couple of months after the initial call, we received a healthy refund from the local council and reduced bills going forward. The process couldn't have been easier. Some initial details at the beginning, a few updates, then a refund payment when everything was done for us.
