Ordered a hair vine for my maid of honor. Came on time in a nice box - good experience and I'm very happy with it.

Very poor quality. Cheap crap
I ordered Melbourne crystal drop earrings and infinite minimal pear bracelet & necklace.
The earings do not sit right, I did read this on a previous review but I thought my order would be the same. The necklace does not sit right either it lifts up.
Awful quality I am returning the necklace and bracelet but the earings are non refundable even though they are faulty.
Please think twice before buying.

My daughter was having trouble finding her perfect wedding jewellery, when we came across Liberty in Love and OMG! What beautiful jewellery, so sparkly and well made, just perfect!

I ordered my earrings from Liberty in Love for my daughters wedding and they have not disappointed beautiful earrings. I called customer service as my earrings hadn’t arrived due to the bank holiday and the service was great.
The lady was so lovely and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I then received my earrings and called just to let them know that I had received them and thank you very much for your wonderful service Sheree x🩷

I order two items separately.
The first one arrived incorrect, but I returned it and I contacted them to clarify the issue of the fact that I ended up paying for the delivery. However, they apologised, paid the delivery back and sent me the correct item very soon.
The second item I bought, arrived also very soon and it was correct.

I kept seeing an ad on Facebook for a beautiful and dainty lace garter. I had not heard of the company before so I was a little hesitant in ordering but now the date is coming closer I finally decided to go ahead. I'm really pleased that I did. Delivery was fast and it's just as beautiful in person and is presented in a lovely box too. I'm a bit baffled at how garters stay up without cutting off circulation but it does and it held up well after I marched around the living room in it! It will look so lovely on the day I'm sure.

Really lovely item, got to try it with my wedding dress at a recent fitting and its perfect.
Its not warm at all but looks amazing and I will simply embrace the cold for my December 2026 Wedding

Before sending my order they emailed me to say the pearls were of different shapes and colours and would i still like them to be sent out, we had a chat and they changed my order to all match, such lovely customer service, in a world where customer service seems to have vanished this company is amazing. i cannot wait for my wedding day to wear them, jane x

I chose items to put together as gifts for my bridesmaids. Before the order was dispatched, the company reached out to ask if the items had been picked to be worn as a set. When I replied they were they then got back to me explaining that the golds didn’t match and what items are best worn as sets. I then changed my order due to their advice and the jewellery is honestly beautiful. The company didn’t need to do this. They went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend them not only on their lovely jewellery but such a decent company and wonderful customer service

The earrings were a good price and very elegant. I looked at many different pearl drop earrings online but these were beautifully simple and affordable
I wear them every day now.
My only worry is that they don’t have a clasp so they do fall out quite easily so u think it would have been better if they had been made with a clasp.

I am so glad I found Liberty in Love. I am an April 2026 bride and have bought my wedding jewellery, as well as bridesmaid gifts from them.

The quality, firstly, is amazing. Each item comes in its own beautiful box which feels very high end. I have purchased earrings, a necklace, a bracelet and a beautiful headpiece to wear. I am so excited to wear them on my wedding day.

Secondly, their customer service is exceptional. I had bought a bracelet for myself that I have now decided to gift to my bridesmaids as well. However, when I went to buy them, they were unfortunately out of stock.

I reached out via the contact form on the website and received a reply from the lovely Tabby very quickly. Tabby reached out to the designer to find out if more could be made and, luckily, they could! I was then sent an invoice to buy them which has made this part of my wedding planning so much easier.

If you’re looking for jewellery/accessories for your wedding, I truly can’t recommend Liberty in Love enough. Thank you!!

My friend and I both bought Ivory Faux Fur jacket. It is a good quality lovely jacket. Additionally the the company was very helpful and quick for the exchange process.
