Lightbulbs still not arrived aftyer 11 days - I am disabled and so cannot easilyn access B&Q down the road - woukd give zero stars if I couklds.

Ordered 14 1500mm(5ft) LED Tubes. Good price , quick delivery. Prefer this type of LED Tube, which have fixed contacts - other makes allow the tube to be rotated when in situ, if your not careful... もっず芋る

We had been struggling to obtain double ended filament tubes for our under cup'd kitchen lighting. Found them on Lightbulb World at an excellent price. Ordered on line and they arrived. No hassle and... もっず芋る

Excellent responsiveness

After placing the order I received a prompt email saying it was not on stock hence delivery would take 5-7 days. Although it took longer than that, I am satisfied with the experience overall as when I sent a follow up email I again received a prompt response and I received the lamp within 3 days.

Delivery within EU

They said they don't deliver outside the UK. Why on earth not? There are no customs or other formalities involved: Instead of an address in say Swansea, you write an address in Prague. Any additional courier costs would be borne by the client anyway. Pathetic!

I'm sorry you feel this way. Regrettably it isn't as easy you describe. Each country carriers its own delivery tariffs and logistical complications and as such we choose to only supply UK customers through this website.

Disappointed

Ordered light shade and My order went through to be delivered for Xmas only to receive an email a couple of days later saying they didn't have the item in stock not very happy surely when trying to order it should have said out of stock very misleading.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in receiving your order. Regrettably the manufacturer had issues with their courier in the run up to Christmas which resulted in a few delays. I can see from the tracking that your order was delivered just after Christmas. I trust you are happy with your new light fitting.

I cancelled my order due to delays

Emailed me to let me know it would be weeks before they could get hold of the lights that I had ordered on their website. They had already taken the money from my bank account. I had to tell them I wanted to cancel it. To be fair, I did get my refund quickly but I was annoyed at the time they wasted as it meant we didn’t have any lights for the day the electrician was booked to come.

I'm sorry that we weren't able to process your order in a timely manner. Unfortunately the manufacturer found themselves temporarily out of stock of one of the fittings you ordered which left us short. That along with the Christmas break meant our delivery times were slightly longer than expected.
If you haven't purchased anything else already, the delivery times are much quicker now. If I can help with a new order or anything else please let me know.

very fast delivery and use DPD which I 


very fast delivery and use DPD which I like (as give advance notice of 1 hour delivery slots). Good price for hardware but standard charge for delivery a bit high if ordering single low value items (but then the price of the hardware is much cheaper than the DIY retail chain warehouses). Would certainly use them again.

Pleased with Purchase

The item I ordered was out of stock but was kept informed and delivered within the week. Unfortunately a part was missing but was rectified without any hassle. The item was well packaged and delivered safely. Very pleased with service and purchase
