Great service
Prompt service, especially considering order was placed over a bank holiday weekend. I was called to notify me that one item was out of stock in a particular colour and asked how did I want to proceed. Delivery tracking was good and items were received safely. Will definitely use again.

This was my first encounter with Lincs Aquatics. I have to say the overall service was outstanding. The communication level was standard setting. I would happily recommend this supplier to anyone and of course I would certainly use them again. Well done on great customer service!

Scratch on glass but sorted quickly
Had a scratch on the tank once fully unwrapped after delivery but nothing that they would have know about as under the suppliers wrapping. Sorted quickly and happy with service.

Was my first time ordering from lincs
Was my first time ordering from lincs, I ordered the fluval plant led 3.0. I am always a little skeptical when using a new site for the first time but my order came within 2 days, they responded efficiently when queried about the ETA and the product was received in tact. What more can you ask for? Yes I will defo use again..

Ordered a fish tank as a birthday present and was also keen to choose a UK based company. Excellent service, arrived when expected and the delivery driver kindly put it in the garage so that it would not be discovered before the day. Would definitely recommend.
