Very regular customer to the Lincolnshire store, the guy who helped me and my wife with my pond has loads of knowledge. He advised us what products would work best for our pond, we left it and went home to think about it as didn’t want to rush into anything.
We ordered it a few weeks ago, now everything is set up and looks summer ready!
Pass on my thanks to the gentleman, older guy.

Apart from the good prices and very good stock selection the service and delivery are second to none.

Ordered item only to be told a week later it was out of stock so I asked for a refund, this took a week to process and they only refunded cost of item not postage. After a couple of e-mails the rest was refunded a few days later.

Have been a customer for many years now, I feel I can give a honest account of my dealings with Lincs Aquatics. From the very start I found the staff knowledgeable in many subjects relating to aquatic problems, Have always been most helpful and professional. products very so you have quite a wide choice. I do try other companies, and all seem pretty good. However I'm that impressed with Lincs that I traval all the way from Grimsby, and it is well worth it.

Every member of staff are knowledgeable and so helpful - always ready with an experienced answer to our questions. We can't praise them highly enough.

I buy all my live plants for my aquarium from Lincs Aquatics.The plants are always in very healthy condition and come well packed also very fast delivery and well priced.

Got a great price on a Fluval Roma 200 tank/cabinet set.... Very helpful over the phone, Fast delivery.... Unfortunately the heater possibly developed a fault after a few of weeks use.. But one quick phone call and the returns procedure was clearly explained allowing a replacement to be sent out after inspection... Shame it actually broke completely as I bubble wrapped it for return!!! I couldn't expect them to inspect a box of glass to determine a fault, So I had to source a replacement locally that day ..
But the point is that the after sales care was potentially in place... 100% recommendation for Lincs Aquatics.

Quick delivery and the delivery driver was super helpful and wheeled the pallet to our front door .

Great prices and range of plants. Fast delivery. The best place I've been for tank plants. I can't actually find any faults with this company. I've used others in the past and the quality is nowhere near these guys. Good prices too, especially if you keep an eye on the weekly sales offers.

Staff are very knowledgeable. They are very helpful and give great support. Excellent range of products with great variety of fish and reptiles in stock.

This is my go to aquarium shop. Their animals are well cared for, wide variety of items with good prices too. The staff are knowledgeable and are extremely helpful. Definitely recommend for people to check it out.
