After ordering from this company I received over 6 emails asking for a review. After writing a negative review on there site complaining about the constant emails I received an apology. Less then an hour later I get yet another email asking for a review on here. Take my advice and never give this company your email address.

Item I ordered I was later told was out of stock. Very slow response to my emails over the weeks I waited. Eventually got fed up of waiting and got a refund.

One stop shop for everything aquatic and tropical. Worth a visit any day if the week and the staff are first class.

We bought a FluvalSmart 240 and the service has been amazing. Quick delivery and as the manufacturer put the wrong light in the tank, Aaron @ Lincs couldn’t have been more helpful in resolving. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Bought an aquarium from Lincs Aquatics at the beginning of 2021 and it was delivered to Scotland professionally and on time. I have since ordered smaller items from them and each one has arrived promptly. Recommended aquatics company in the UK.

Fluval Plant Spectrum Bluetooth LED 46W up to 122cm. Arrived quickly, very well packaged and at a great price compared to others. Very easy to set up and use. Replacement for fluorescent tube lighting and the difference is amazing.
I always check reviews before I make an order, especially any negative ones and how they respond to them- top marks to them there, not that there were many! I knew that in the unlikelihood there was a problem it would be resolved which gave me the extra confidence in placing this order- (There were no problems whatsoever!)

I have ordered skimmer for my reef tank. Email confirmation followed informing me that they will email again, once product is ready to be dispatched.
Two weeks and nothing. I have emailed but no reply. Finally last week i have received an email telling me that item i bought is out of stock and it may be back within next two weeks....At this point i sent request for a refund but...no reply. Tried again , no reply.
Money left my bank account ages ago and i heard nothing from this company.
Luckily just now received call that they can post it today if i want the skimmer .

Absolutely outstanding service! Ordered a fish tank with cabinet on a Sunday, within 5 minutes of ordering I had a phone call from the company asking if Wednesday was ok for delivery. Later that evening I had another phone call asking if it was possible to deliver it the next day (on the Monday) as they had someone in the area. It turned up Monday about 12:30 in perfect condition. Very polite and friendly people who delivered. I will definitely be using these guys again. This was all during the quarantine period as well.

Great experience with these guys. Ordered a new tank plus extras and was able to choose a delivery date through them. I was worried about the tank turning up damaged but it was in perfect condition and well packaged.
They are very quick to respond and happy to help. Will definitely use them again soon.

Recently purchased a red sea tank through lincs aquatics. Brillant communication throughout the process. Quick and friendly delivery and they sourced all the materials required at a fantastic price.

The tank was missing the return pipe and lincs aquatics send out a new hose the next working day.

Overall, a brillant experience and will be returning to support this local company.
