I just received mine and the box came…
I just received mine and the box came in perfect shape without dents, I initially was tagged as remote area but after coordinating with Loch Team we’re able to find a middle ground. The Capsule is working well, it stands out from previous dishwashers I have this one has stainless steel inside and dishes come one spotless!

Ive finally received my capsule in…
Ive finally received my capsule in Dubai after backing it in 2024.
It’s been the best Item I have ever backed on Kickstarter, and the loch team has been very accommodating answering all my questions!
P.S. I wish I can post a picture of how it fits perfectly to my small kitchen.

It works, even in Alaska!
I ordered a Loch Solo for my son as a Christmas gift. He is building a house in Alaska and it was perfect for someone who didn't even have a kitchen roughed in yet.
Yes, it took a long time because of political uncertainties and changing shipping costs, but also because UPS designates Alaska as "remote." The company, and specifically Danielle, made certain to keep me informed, give me useful suggestions to help alter the "remote" designations and ultimately walked me through an alternate solution.
My son reports he is thrilled with the Loch. He is able to use it, despite still not having a fully functioning kitchen, as he is able to put it on the counter next to his bathroom sink. So great that it's portable, and this will be temporary.
His only complaint is that the setup brochure was not as useful as it could be.

SCAM lochelectronics.com and all platform where they are "selling"
I ordered and paid in advance unfortunately on INDIEGOGO platform from them (Batch number PBID007096053).
It’s November and my parcel hasn’t moved since 19 Sep (DPD tracking above).
Tracking (DPD): 01505320960585 (it's not allowed here to write a link) just copy and paste on DPD website.
The last update didn’t explain the delay and even listed an incorrect vessel route. Please provide a verifiable status + correct ETA.
If they sold thousands of washing machines... why they have only 40 reviews? And from those 40s just 5 are checked? :)))
Similar question for Amazon sales: 1 review... really?
It's nice how they are responding... many names...for a company with 3 employees.
We moved up-and-down emails... with somebody invisible who is just taking the money. A SCAM reported already to authorities.
Stay away from these invisible products! Save your money!

Exactly what I needed
Fantastic dishwasher, easy to use and fits in a days worth of dishes!! Very convient for those who don't have a lot of time or just don't like washing dishes. Had my dishwasher for months now and have had no issues! Fits in nicely to smaller spaces such as on the worktop below cupboards! Has made my life so much easier and saved a lot of time!

Lots of space inside
I’ve had my dishwasher for two weeks now and I’m so impressed with the space inside I’ve managed to fit a small baking tray plus rack four 26 cm plates, two glasses one cup and a bowl plus cutlery and they all came out sparkling clean. It also was the only dishwasher that fits in a small gap next to the draining board without taking up precious worktop space in my tiny kitchen.

Don't risk your money with this chaotic company who sells unreliable and unusable machines.
I was very excited to receive my dishwasher after quite a long wait for manufacture, shipping etc. I thought it would be a neat solution for my tiny kitchen and I was pleased to support this small and enterprising company. Unfortunately, the machine had an electronic fault and eventually had to be returned for an engineer fix (we were also coached through a DIY fix, which didn't work). On receiving the mended machine we were excited to have it run a cycle again, but then it developed a fault once more and will not complete any cycle. Having taken and loaded yet more video footage to demonstrate the problem, I've now waited just over three weeks for a suggested solution on replacement/refund etc. I would not risk this company. We are out of pocket with only a useless plastic box to show for it, and the situation continues.

Capsule Dishwasher
This Loch capsule dishwasher does exactly what it advertises. It fits nicely on my countertop next to my sink, filling what was otherwise dead space.
It's about the size of an old school desktop CPU. If you've got 12" of standard depth countertop, you've got space. Hose easily reaches my sink for draining. I keep the water reservoir on top when not in use, and place it in my drying rack when I am running a load of dishes.
Set up and use were easy.
Perfect product for a kitchen with limited space.

This is the only dishwasher compact…
This is the only dishwasher compact enough to fit in my tiny city apartment on a 1930s narrow countertop and it still fits all our dishes plus more and does a great job! And with the quick wash I can get three loads done in the time of a normal dishwasher if I have guests or a big meal prep! I couldn’t be happier!
