Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you love the product, found ordering easy, and that your parcel arrived quickly.

I'm very sorry that the delivery process caused you inconvenience. Having looked into your order, I can confirm that it was sent using an Evri service that does not require a signature. Based on the size of your order, the parcel should also have fit through your letterbox, and this service would normally be completed with photographic proof of delivery.

Unfortunately, your delivery experience didn't reflect the service that should have been provided. I'd like to investigate this further with Evri, so I'll be reaching out to you directly to gather a little more information.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience next time.
