I commissioned a home buyers report on an old cottage. The report that came back was highly detailed with pictures accompanying each section and any areas of significance. This made it all very easy to understand. The items for consideration section was succinct and made it very easy to feed back to our solicitor on further actions.
Graham and the team were excellent and even managed to do the report a week earlier than expected.
I would unconditionally recommend using them :)

Lotus Surveyors are exceptionally professional, extremely thorough and provided a first class survey report which gave us total confidence that the property had been carefully examined. The quotation was very competitive and they managed to accommodate our challenging date. The surveyor who carried out the survey on our mid 1800 property was highly experienced in older properties and very helpful in proposing possible solutions for areas requiring attention.

First time using Lotus Surveyors and I’ll definitely use them again for my next house purchase.

Received a flyer through the door a month after putting my house up for sale advertising their services and offering a discount.

All communications were with the Admin Director Graham and were conducted via email which suited my work life. Responses were prompt and usually within the hour.

Pricing for the RICS surveys were incredibly competitive and cheaper then what I paid before which I was happily surprised with.

A survey was arranged with ease for a few weeks later.

Online payment system is used providing receipts and invoices. Everything being electronic was a great help.

A few days after the survey was conducted I received the report via email and was massively impressed by how thorough the report was providing locational background information along with pictures and descriptions of potential areas for concern. This report was a lot more thorough compared to one I had done before which is a testament to how professional Lotus Surveyors are and how seriously they regard their work

Overall, I don’t have a bad word to say. Lotus Surveyors offer a fantastic and professional service and considering moving home is considered one of the most stressful things people go through, service like this and making the process so slick and easy really helps.

Having just received the level 3 building survey for a property I wish to purchase I am very pleased with the attention to detail in the report, it was most helpful in identifying key issues to be aware of. I have had similar reports in the past as I have purchased properties and this one is the most comprehensive. In addition the surveyor was happy to discuss issues identified to support my understsanding of what was required. Excellent service and very efficient.

Graham is fantastic. Most helpful guy - never fails to answer a question or solve a query.
Jennifer did a thorough survey, and explained even the slightest issue.
Makes it even better that it was such competitive pricing - definitely got the service we were hoping for.

Our first survey undertaken by Lotus showed possible subsidence which saved us a lot of expense and we decided to withdraw from the purchase, we found another property quickly and contacted Lotus over the weekend to arrange a survey, Graham came back to us over the weekend, the survey was booked for the following week, report was received the day after the survey and set our minds at rest that the second property showed no major problems.

Very impressed with the detailed and comprehensive survey which was provided within 36 Hours of Survey being carried out.

Jennifer was very helpful, advising me on various aspects of the rooms and layout.
I asked if the appliances had been tested, and she advised I have the electrics tested in the garage, as one plug point had been taped.
