Same stuff, different post.

- ordered a box
- emailed their customer support 3 weeks later, enquiring about where the box is
- the delay is blamed on Royal Mail
- promised a replacement
- I’ve chased them again

Same themes as everyone else, just wanted to do my part in getting their 2 stars knocked down to 1.

Waiting over a month for delivery

Ordered my free hamper beginning of November and still yet to receive. Made contact and was advised they were chasing royal mail and a replacement would be sent last Friday if no response from Royal Mail. have sent 2 further messages with no reply. Disappointing.

Not received my order

I got a free bundle with my pet insurance. One of the reasons I went with the insurance as they are more expensive. I still haven't received my order it's now been a month. I have emailed them 3 times now and no reply. I will be canceling my insurance and will inform them the reason is love Louie don't deliver on their orders

I got an email yesterday apologising and have sent a replacement on next day for me. Received it today. Thank you

I took out an insurance for my cat from…

I took out an insurance for my cat from everypaw and I got an offer for a love Louie box. I placed this order in October 22 all now I have not received it. Contacted them VIA Instagram they said they will send me a box still nothing contacted them again and they said they will get back to me but have left me on seen. It is now coming to the end of April 23. This company is scamming people worse company every and worst customer service I would it recommend whatsoever

I ordered the large and I love it. It shipped quicker than I expected it to as well. To me, anyway. I am very happy with my purchase. It was exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you!

Its now been 30 days since placing my order and my order still has not arrived.

This in my opinion is horrible service.

I have liked this brand for a number of years now and finally ordered from them. This is my first experience and as you can guest my last one.

I was unaware that these would be…

I was unaware that these would be coming from out of the US. The website did not clarify that. I still have not received them & it's been 3 weeks. I will not order from this company again.

DO not shop here

When you order, ordering is easy. Receiving your items takes forever and if you need to return anything, you're on your own. I was sent the wrong item and they have yet to respond to my request for the correct item. It's been 3 months!
