Easy booking

Great customer service
This was the first time I had used LOVEtheatre. I made a mistake when selecting the event date. Fortunately, Patrick from Customer Service responded very quickly to the issue I logged online, and was able to change the date as requested, and reissue my ticket. I will do doubt book through them again.

Cheaper to go direct to the theatre
Be aware you can buy tickets cheaper by going direct to the actual theatre. The search machines bring this up to the top of you just search by show, and they get their cut!

Turns out I paid £36 more than if I had booked direct with the theatre for same seats. The box office was £59.00 and I paid £95.00. You live and you learn

Seating 👎 play👍
We did not see not notice when booking that the ticket seats had a restricted view in some scene. This should have been highlighted in red. In addition.the seating floor levels were the same on the seats in front so difficult to see the whole stage …we had to keep moving our heads every time the people in front moved theirs - I will not.be going back to that theatre unless we can afford better tickets - the play was good…. theatre 👎

Excellet customer service
I needed to change the date of my tickets the day we were due to go to see a show and Lesley managed to get them changed within a couple of hours of me asking, despite the fact we gave so little notice. Really appreciate the quick turnaround and going out of their way to help us. Great customer service.
