Excellent Customer Service
Ranj is a very professional and knowledgeable person when it comes to Property Maintenance. I was really impressed at the communication provided by Ranj and how swiftly issues that arose, were resolved.
Ranj would keep me informed at all times ensuring I was happy with the overall resolution. Ranj is always available to speak to and she made time which I thought was really good. Overall really pleased with the service provided by the Love Your Postcode team.

Ranj is really warm and honest, enjoyed my viewing and speaking with her today. She was very informative and knew the area well, gave me space to view the apartment in Birmingham city centre and ask as many questions as I needed. Really grateful for a honest and down to earth agent!

Good Experience
Good overall experience with Love your Postcode, Chloe Baker was my main point of contact throughout purchase of my flat. Bit pushy towards myself at the beginning but whenever I called my questions were answered in a timely manner and always polite and willing to get completion sorted as soon as possible.

The experience I had with love your…
The experience I had with love your postcode was excellent. Being a first time buyer I didn't really know what to expect. However thanks to Jack Cullen who went above and beyond to help with everything I can't thank enough. I would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a property to deal with love your postcode

Chloe was amazing right from the start. Approachable, calm, and very professional
She was instrumental in producing a fabulous,detailed presentation of the house.
On the day of the viewing 24 people viewed the property. Chloe, ably assisted by Beth achieved the asking price, which was a first class achievement. I am so very appreciative to them both for their hard work, diligence and professionalism.
I used Love Your Postcode once before back in 2015, when it came to selling my mother's home it was a no brainer. Love Your Postcode was the obvious choice. I don't regret my decision.

Good selection of properties and customer care
Every step of the way was catered to and they made my experience smooth. I was able to get set up within my desired time frame with no issues. Lauren and Ranj were very helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend this estate agents.

Ranj is amazing
