I wish I could give them less than 1 star…Lucky Brand customer service is absolutely abysmal. I ordered 2 belts and they sent one in the incorrect size. They have no exchange program so I requested a return label and they attempted to charge me $8.00 for the return. I called and explained I would not be penalized for their mistake. No one over the phone can help. He implied he could be more helpful if I had planned to place another order. Seriously? I declined and explained I just wanted to return it because the whole process is too much of a hassle to risk going through again. He then “escalated it to management” and explained that I would receive a phone call on Monday because it was the weekend. No call, but I finally received an email at 3:30 pm stating they approved my return label…and would send it. Why wouldn’t that be included in the response??? How hard is it to receive a return label????? So after 3 hours of waiting, I called…got the runaround, and then the call disconnected while I was on hold as he reached out to whatever nonexistent management team they claim to have. So I called AGAIN…to be told to wait until the end of business. It’s almost 7:00 pm. That call magically disconnected, too. Still no label. NEVER AGAIN.

Lucky Brand used to have a good reputation for being a quality brand. I bought my daughter a Lucky Brand bra at a non Lucky Brand store because I thought it would be good quality. Unfortunately, the bra started coming apart after a handful of wears. I contacted Lucky Brand, and they said they couldn't do anything. I guess they don't care what their brand stands for.

Pants were sized wrong. Charged me a return fee.

Lucky brand did not stand behind their warranty. Purse fell apart after 60 days..strap was frayed and light rain darkened purse and stained it. Customer service did not help one bit. They told me to take it up with my charge card!

Wow! I should have read these comments before purchasing anything online. The return process is more expensive than purchasing the clothes themselves. Do yourself a favor and don't buy online if there is even a chance if needing to return something.

I Purchase 1 KODY TOTE-BLACK-ND-U on 3.14.26 at 319 Opry Mills Drive #C07 Nashville, TN 37214. Regular sale price $79.99 with discount paid with tax $47.40 and the strap is tearing away from the bag. I have several bags and this one barely gets used. There's no reason the strap should be tearing away from the back other than poor manufacturer. I'm outside the 60 day return window to exchange for another bag. I purchased the bag because of the brands reputation but after my experience I will not purchase anything else. Everything that glitters isn't gold. Paying more for something doesn't mean better quality.

Placed a nearly $200 order from Lucky Brand last week. Usually, they ship within a couple of days, so after a week of no shipping confirmation I reached out. Supposedly, according to their customer service, the $90 skirt I ordered was delivered this past Sunday (it's now Thursday). I was home all day Sunday, nothing was delivered. I never received a tracking number, still don't have a tracking number, and have no skirt. The girl told me to "look all around", whatever that means. If it's not there, it's not there, and they can't seem to provide me proof that it was delivered - photo, etc. If it arrived on a Sunday, I'm willing to bet they used one of those "last mile" services, like Lazership, which is notoriously unreliable. The remaining two items are en route, although I never received a shipping confirmation for them either... hopefully I get those. I've been shopping Lucky Brand for YEARS, and honestly, I'm kind of surprised by how terrible their customer service is. I think this is probably my last purchase, because I'm just over these big companies not treating their customers right and ripping people off.

I've purchased a number of pairs of pants from this company.

All but one of these pants ended up with the exact same problem within a year: the left pant ends up developing a horizontal tear across the pocket, rendering it unwearable.

I've never had this with any other brand of pants I've worn. So I contacted Lucky Brand over social media to ask if this is typical. They didn't respond.

I will no longer purchase their products.

I will never order from Lucky Brand again because of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
My package was delivered to my old address in Colorado. As soon as I realized what had happened, I repeatedly contacted Lucky Brand for help. I spent hours on the phone over the course of several weeks, but every representative simply told me to deal with UPS. No one took ownership or offered any meaningful assistance.
Eventually, after nearly two months, I was finally able to get in touch with the person who had moved into my old apartment. I even paid her to ship the package to me. By the time I finally received it, the 60-day return window had expired.
I explained to Lucky Brand that I had been trying to resolve this with them for weeks before the return deadline and that their lack of help was the reason I couldn’t return the items sooner. They refused to make any exception.
Companies are judged by how they treat customers when something goes wrong, and Lucky Brand completely failed. I wasted hours on the phone, received no real help, and was ultimately stuck with merchandise I couldn’t return because of delays I had been asking them to help me resolve all along. I’ve been a customer for years but I will never shop with them again.
The clothes aren’t worth the frustration. There are plenty of other companies that actually stand behind their customers.

Horrible site, stalls at check out and duplicate orders aew acwd and charges. No way to cancel so they make you pay a shipping fee to return!

Ordered Ribbed Henley Tee in Olive Floral for $49.50. With shipping it was $51.01. Received The Beatles Carnegie Hall Boyfriend Tee in Canoli Cream for $39.50. With Shipping it was $53.91. This was another customers order sent to me by mistake. I called customer service and tried to get a refund, was told to go to chat and send pictures. Went to chat and sent pictures, was told I have to ship it back and once they verify it was received they would refund me, which would take however long for them to verify it and then up to ten days to process the refund. I have multiple issues with this due to the shipment they would receive back with the packing slip is not mine. So in essence they would look at it and refund the other lady AND the “free” label and paperwork they sent me has me getting refund of $37.12. Something is seriously wrong with this company. I did not receive my item. I should be refunded $51.01. The math ain’t mathing. I now have to drive thirty minutes to the brick and mortar so I can get my full refund. Stay away from this dishonest and obviously poorly run company.

The website is very poor. They advertise things they are not selling and they won't let the cart check out. Really bad design, logistics, customer-facing website. An obvious example of a failure of AI in retail.

My overall experience was very poor. I ordered 4 shirts and later got an email saying part of my order was cancelled due to items being “no longer available” even though their website states that they are available. When I got on CHAT to ask if it’s possible to get the cancelled items in a different size, I’m told that I have to go back and create a new order and pay shipping again.

I've bought 2 items in the last year from the lucky brand. Although I liked the design and the feel, they don't last. I've worn this new t shirt 2 times and it's pilling. Too bad the material wasn't better quality.

I tried to return my item at the store but the store was CLOSED permanently.
But on Lucky Brands Website it listed the San Jose CA location (Valley Fair Mall).

No communication at all from Lucky Brands because I need a label to return the item ($76+).

This brand, like so many out there, is taking all the quality out of their products. Their men's jeans are so fragile that you cannot run them through a dryer! You have to hang them to dry. The "denim" developed holes and the stitches popped loosed in the legs after barely six months! It is SO bad that I gave up and tried a test since I was going to thrown them away: I tried to rip them. To my shock, it was VERY easy to rip them with my hands! It was hardly any tougher than cardboard! God what atrocious "quality." Sadly, other brands are doing this too such as Levi and Lee. Lucky is the worst of the three and I wouldn't spend my hard earned money on their jeans ever again. They look nice but they're an awful quality product. I have 30-year-old jeans from my childhood that have barely one hole in them. These developed holes in less than 5 months.

Lucky brand manufacturing needs to move back to El Paso, Texas. After year two of China handling the manufacturing, lucky brand boots quality has fallen off a year after year. No more original boots with quality materials, especially the souls and the heels. Walking Lucky Brand boots for two weeks and you’ll need a new pair. It’s not worth it anymore at the price it cost to replace the heel tips. Fabric doesn’t hold up at all. It’s not even close to the original photo suede the loan reel. Good boots gone bad lucky no more.

I have been a loyal customer exclusively (not joking) wearing their jeans for over a decade now, but I think I am going to try and find a retailer that sells near me. I got a gift card I have been desperately trying to get rid of for 3 months now. They constantly cancel orders for sale items even though their system says they have 2 or more in stock, leaving you with extra money on it and a bunch of separate orders. Quality and fit are all over the place, too.

They take so long to process returns and get money back. I have tried to combine returns, and they have lost my items. They returned one item and "lost" the rest. They said I need to buy multiple return labels, which are $8 per label, because their system doesn't allow you to combine orders onto a label. I've gotten multiple orders due to gift cards I have been trying to get rid of, and their constant cancellation of orders. I refuse to spend a ton of money on returning items because they constantly cancel orders due to their poor processing.

Some customer service people are nice, but some are rude and blame you for their processing people losing items when you included the necessary information in the package. They refunded me, but I was worried they wouldn't because of their processing issues.

Love there jeans I order all the time will not again. I should not have to pay the return shipping fee of $8 and also they keep the $10 shipping fee I paid to receive order absolutely ridiculous.
