Only go to lucky brand in person, don't order anything online from them. I ordered 1 bracelet and 2 Necklaces online from them. My bracelet was randomly canceled with out warning, saying it was out of stock yet to this day it is still online showing it is for sale. It has been over a month later... also, only 1 necklace was delivered. It took 4 weeks to get here, and now they have no tracking number on the 2nd necklace. Customer services just keeps repeating the same thing about the bracelet being out of stock even when I'm asking about the necklace that is missing... This is beyond frustrating and I won't be shopping online with them again.

The tee shirts suck. Purchased XL, which I wear, and after one wash it didn’t even come down to my bult buckle.

I had to return something and I had to wait over a week AFTER my item was received to get a refund but since it wasn’t received in the warehouse yet I had to wait. Finally after a few more days we got a refund for HALF of my purchase! They don’t refund shipping AND they charge a RETURN FEE also!! Who does that??!! Not only that but the customer service was snotty too! It will be a cold day in hell before I EVER get anything from them again!!

I purchased an item for Christmas. It was $32.10 with the shipping. I had to return because the person already had the same item. I was told the return shipping would be waived. I received a credit for $13.45. They made $18.65 for an item I don’t have. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again!!!

The jeans are fine. But when ordering off their website, they don’t ask for a delivery address when paying with ApplePay - they default to the billing address and don’t tell you until this fact until the next step, which is a confirmation or your order (e.g. you don’t know where they are shipping your order and THEY DON’T TELL YOU UNTIL PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. Their help desk refuses to make delivery address changes so you can’t direct your order to anyplace but the billing address. Then when you escalate the call to a supervisor, he/she lies to you and says the address is changed, but nothing gets changed

My son place an order on line for Christmas from his grandmother. He ordered two pair of jeans
His grandmother got the order yesterday and in the package was not his jeans
It was a women sweater instead.
In the package slip it clearly says two jeans that he ordered
Called customer service last night they told him since it was the warehouse mistake to go to the nearest store and do a wrong item extra
My son drove a hr from home to Clinton in CT and know they are giving him an extremely hard. They want him to pay those jeans again
All u guys want from your customer is money
Your jeans are expensive as it is and know u can’t guarantee your warehouse mixtape
Very very poor customer service especially during the holidays
So know my son has to wait after Christmas to reorder his jeans cause it takes 5 to 7 business day to credit the card back
I will no longer be shopping at this store

Once you put an order through, lucky brand is only a middle man. They cant answer basic questions about their clothing. The only information they have is what you see on the website which is not helpful. They cant alter or cancel your order(even if you JUST placed it). They have ZERO customer service ability. TERRIBLE customer experience.

Placed order over 400.00 and 5 items missing worth approximately 160.00. Have spent last 2 Saturday mornings trying to get addressed. Was told delivery attempted and once received in warehouse they would refund the money. Now they want a police report. Filing dispute with credit card company and will never order from Lucky Brand again.

Cute pocketed, long-sleeved, viscose plaid shirt in cream, blues, & taupe tones. Poor fabric quality apparent with light wear. Pills with slightest abrasion!!! (I’m slightly built). BIG disappointment. No more LB apparel for me. (Made in India).

I placed 2 orders in cyber Monday and when I placed the orders the only address you had on my file was a zip code and when I placed the orders there was no place to correct that. Your customer service couldn’t correct it either. They said it would have to ship to the zip code only, be returned, then I could place a new order. This is ridiculous and poor customer service! I’m truly disappointed in Lucky Brand for this antiquated policy.

I was sent the wrong size of multiple items, one of which had a hole, and the other was covered in one huge dust bunny from where it must have been dropped on the floor. How hard is it to send two of the same thing? And why would you send me the wrong color and cut of something with a hole in it!!! Lucky Jeans should be embarrassed. They wanted me to do all the leg work and send them back the garbage they sent me, lol!

Bought a 3 pack of mens cotton boxer briefs marked at 36$
Within hours of wearing they stretch and widen to the point where they hang as loose as boxer shorts.
Very poor quality I haven’t even found in the cheapest no name brands. Apparently a cotton blend that lacks the spandex to keep the shape

The item purchased was not true to size as stated on the website. the shipping cost to receive and then to return the item is equal to the purchase price.

I placed an order spendings almost 500 dollars. I received 3 shirts from my order and a blanket which I did not
Order. I contacted customer service and was told that it said my order was delivered. I tried to explain that I received the incorrect items but they didn’t care. I returned the blanket to a lucky brand store in castle rock Colorado. Spoke to the manager, she was very nice but did not know how she could help. I left the blanket there at the store and took pictures. Hopefully my credit card company can get my money back.

I ordered 2 pair of pants, one jeans at 95% cotton, the other corduroy. They are both the same style (mid rise sweet boot). In spite of ordering exactly the same size for both, they are sized different. The jeans are a bit too long. They are also way more stretchy than another exactly the same pair of 95% cotton Lucky sweet boot jeans, which makes me believe the content is not accurate.
On top of that, I swear I ordered the cords on sale but was charged full price. Unfortunately, I was 2 days outside their window for price adjustment, so they wouldn't change it, even though they are clearly on sale on the website. I'm sending up paying about $40 more. I realize I should have checked the charges earlier, but it's very bad customer service & they've now lost my business.

I would give a negative number if I could. I used to love Lucky Brand. I just purchased 2 fleece Lucky Brand throws at TJ MAXX. Got home... over 12 plastic securing tabs for one throw blanket!!!! This day and age when consumer consumption of plastic is forefront - this is outrageous. It even has the label OEKO-TEX. but then they throw all this ridiculous plastic on it. Is that because they think I'm going to steal it? C'mon Lucky.. you can be a lot better!

Horrible. Bought a pair of jeans that are too big. I could not do a return online and was required to email and they will "send a label." First label they sent did not work at UPS so I am out the time and gas for that trip. I reached out the them again, and was told now the label would cost me $8 versus the $7 for the other. They said they sent it 4 times (ironically never attached to the reply to me) and it has never been received. Do not purchase from them!

Horrible. I ordered two pairs of jeans online at 50% off. I received one pair and a t-shirt that I did not order. When I called to get it straightened out, they said I would need to send the t-shirt back and order the jeans again but would not receive the original discount. They would not make it right. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.

Cheap piece of garbage shirt. I cannot believe TJ Maxx carries this crap. After 1 wearing, little tiny holes appeared in the shirt. I was worried that this Lucky Brand shirt was decaying! I threw it out. Do not EVER buy LUCKY BRAND!!!!

Terrible. Accidentally put in the wrong address and called 30 seconds later to fix it but they wouldn’t permit that. Literally stole my money and told me that it would have to be shipped to the wrong address and reported stolen before they could issue a refund or send it to the right location. Beyond angry. Makes ZERO SENSE. Do not purchase anything from here if you can help it.
