I was very pleased with my purchase from Luggage Pros. They had the bag I wanted at a competitive price and they delivered quickly, with no glitches. The quality of the suitcase was topnotch & I would recommend them without hesitation.

I had no issues with the online shopping experience but the way you packaged my bag really sucked. You could have at least put 1 silica pack in it and put it in a plastic bag...there are scratches and smudges on it as if it has been used...someone had opened the box and had to re-seal it...I think you substituted a new one for a used one - the tape was really shoddy. I can hardly believe such a cute bag was given such class-less treatment. To me this bag was over-priced and not worth the $90 I had to pay for it. You can count on my buying nothing else from this site EVER AGAIN and neither will I recommend it to anyone else.

I purchased a backpack for my high school son. The quality is far superior to any he's had. He was using an Eddie Bauer backpack and had it replaced after nine months because the zipper broke. The second backpack also ripped after less than a year of use. The Samsonite backpack seems to be heavier duty material and better quality and is larger so everything fits. The backpack arrived two days after purchase. I'm very happy with the overall experience with Luggage Pros.

I first received a notice that the luggage was back ordered. I called to see if I could order a different color, but decided to wait. The luggage arrived as ordered a couple days later. Great price and eventually quick shipping.

Ordered a bag through the website on 1/1/18. Was initially told the product was back ordered for 2 weeks after the order was processed. After 2 weeks, I received an email that the bag was on back order for 3 MONTHS!! Yet still, the website continues to list the item as in stock with only 1 left. Hurry, don't be left out! Unacceptable company practices and poor ethics.

Very nice piece of luggage; perfect for a carry on. This piece is durable, light weight, and easy to manuveur. The product arrived exactly as shown and shipping was fairly quick.

Have not had a chance to use this set of luggage yet but the construction looks to be of good quality and I do like the inside extras! After shopping around I really felt this was a good value.

Did not receive the 20 percent discount after applying the SAVEMORE code on checkout.

They sent me an email with a code for 10% off my first purchase from them. The code did not work. In fine print they put a link to a small list of products that the 10% can actually be applied too. Very deceptive practice.
