Jiaxin helped me in my recent purchase and she made it a smooth and reassuring transaction. I had many questions including shipping, authenticity and color options. She was responsive, patient and addressed all my concerns. The handbag received was as described! I would definitely be reaching out for any future purchases!

The handbag arrived in perfect condition, as described. The vendor was very courteous, helpful and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Luxbags for your next purchase.

I purchased a Goyard bag from Luxbags and couldn't be happier with my experience!! Jiaxin was extremely helpful!! The bag arrived just as described and was beautiful! I've also been looking for a specific Lady Dior bag. I didn't see any listed on the Luxbag website, but I happened to ask Jiaxin to keep an eye out for me. In less than 24 hours, Jiaxin had sent me two of the Dior bags to look out, with different pricepoints - I was thrilled! I purchased one and it also came just as described! If I'm ever in the market again for a luxury handbag, I will definitely look to Luxbags first!!

Had a great experience ordering from Luxbags.fr.
The bag I bought looks beautiful and is great condition, came with an authentification guaranty and had a quick delivery to Germany. Can 100% recommend ordering from Jiaxin!

Super kind woman! Fast delivery! I recommend!!

The seller is so lovely! Could not recommend her or her store more ❤️ everything was 10/10! I was able to buy my dream bag here that I had been searching for for months

I loved the bag the moment I saw it. Then I asked Jiaxin and she was very kind to also offer me a discount and a bag organizer.
This is the second time I buy from Luxbags and I think there will be more.

Jiaxin at Luxbags is an incredible person to shop from! I cannot recommend her service highly enough. Customer service was super proactive, the quality of the products on offer are amazing overall, they include a generous return policy, and shipping was very fast. Thank you so much for everything!

The staff is great in communication. Shipping time and arrival are amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience. The Chat Support answered all my questions very quickly despite the time difference. The item is exactly as described and shipping was fast. The only downside was the UPS charge, which I didn't expect as it says taxes included.

Jiaxin is great to work with. I had serious reservations about buying secondhand and had a lot of questions overall. She was quick to respond, always professional, and provided options when I asked about some vintage bags. She was very reasonable when negotiating on price. I really appreciate her professionalism and willingness to work with customers. I felt good about my purchase after talking through her authentication process. My bag came with certificates from multiple authenticators. I did my due diligence in getting it authenticated myself after it arrived and everything checks out (as expected)! Shipping was very fast.
