J ai hésité à commander sur ce site en lisant les avis mais c’est le seul site à distribuer ce dont j avais besoin le luxe de l arrosage….j ai commandé et suis entièrement satisfaite. Rapidité de la livraison et conformité de ma commande.

I ordered an expensive EMBER mug (EMBR-CM191400EU) as a birthday gift for my husband (Order #24000000019), but it does not charge and is completely unusable. I contacted Customer Service multiple times to request a return label, but they completely ignored me.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience. Faulty product, terrible customer service, and zero accountability. I would not recommend ordering from this shop. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Ik kon mijn bestelling na 1 dag al komen ophalen, top service en communicatie!

Ik gebruik het mes nu een tijdje en ben er echt blij mee. Het ligt goed in de hand en snijdt zonder moeite door vlees en groenten. Zelfs harde groenten zoals pompoen gaan verrassend makkelijk. Het Damascus-patroon ziet er mooi uit, maar dat is natuurlijk vooral uiterlijk. Bestelling werd vlot en correct geleverd.

Fijne sleutelhanger die je sleutelbos georganiseerd houdt. In elkaar zetten is erg makkelijk, maar je moet wel even goed kiesen welke sleutels je eraan wilt doen - hij is met name geschikt voor platte sleutels. Voelt verder stevig aan en ziet er netjes uit.

Ik heb deze MM Antverpia Amaretto cadeau gedaan en het viel in de smaak. De fles heeft een mooi ontwerp met een leuke link naar Antwerpen.

After having ordered a product from the site, and having received confirmation of cost with shipping I received an email to to inform me the product I am buying has a higher weight than expected. They wanted to up the delivery fee from 25€ to 100€!
What a scam.

Be carefull, not delivering.

I will never make a purchase from them again. I placed an order on their website in early December, but they waited until just a few days ago to ship it, fully aware of the delays that would occur, without even informing me. If you can’t handle shipping properly, e-commerce is probably not for you.

Commande passée le 25 septembre. Payée dans sa totalité. Manque une pièce d'une valeur de 481€. Perdue par le transporteur et le vendeur ne veut pas rembourser. Il veut savoir où cela est perdu. Le principe de la perte c'est qu'on ignore où cela se trouve ! Il me promène alors que légalement il est tenu de rembourser. Je me demande même si la pièce a été envoyé. Cette boîte n'est pas fiable !!!

Ordered for hundred of Euro's. Item was on stock. One week later nothing received. No answers on emails. Do not order here.

Suite aux mauvais commentaires, j'hésitais à valider ma commande. J'ai donc envoyé un mail au Sav de Luxury for Men et une personne très gentille a pris en charge ma commande, qui, validée le lundi est arrivée vendredi.
Je recommande sans problème ce site.

1 mois depuis la commande - aucun message, aucun colis. 80 € jetés par la fenetre. Incroyable que en pleine Europe, sur un site belge on peut ce faire voler son argent comme ça, en plein jour. Les arnaqueurs de ce "Escroquerie for men" - j’espere que vous allez depencer mes 80€ dans une clinique pour soigner le cancer, et que vous manquera les fonds quand-même. Je vous maudis de tout mon coeur.

Une catastrophe, 1 mois que j’attends  mon colis, fuyez ce vendeur.
Encaissement rapide, mais plus aucunes nouvelles lors de problème.

Recently bought 2 sweaters from Luxury for Men. The sweaters were too big, so I emailed for a return label. I received no reply. I emailed on 2 more occasions. Still no reply. After reading the other reviews, I wonder if this is just some guy flipping products from his living room? Doesn't seem to be legit.

Never received my polo shirt they give you tracking number but then disappear. Can’t get in touch. The web page has gone. Steel your money stay clear

Second time I ordered something from this store. Very good and very special products to find. First time I had to change the color of what I ordered and received an answer plus the necessary changes in no time. They really pack the parcels carefully, all delivered on time like they said. Great store. “Like their slogan….Life is too short for ordinary stuff” Will defintely order again.
