We are extremely sorry to hear that your order has not arrived and, even more importantly, that you have not received the communication or support you should have from either Royal Mail or Lyle & Scott regarding this.

This is absolutely not the level of service we expect to provide, and we completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be, particularly when you have been left without any clear information about where your order is.

One of our Customer Support agents is currently trying to get in touch with you directly so that we can take ownership of this for you, investigate what has happened and work towards getting the situation resolved as quickly as possible.
