We’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with your delivery. We understand how frustrating it must have been to discover that your chosen collection point was closed and that it was not possible to change the delivery location once your parcel was already in transit.

Unfortunately, once an order has been handed over to the courier, any changes to the delivery address or collection point are subject to the courier's capabilities and restrictions.

However, we have reached out to you directly and have also contacted our warehouse team to see if it may still be possible to arrange a change with the carrier. We will continue to keep you updated and do everything we can to assist.

We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with the tracking on your order, I have traced the correspondence and checked on the tracking and can see that the order was shipped and was on route to the courier, this can take a few days to arrive but has since been updated with the delivery details.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment when trying to use the discount code, unfortunately the code that was being applied was for a specific promotion where if you purchased 2 or more items a further 10% discount could be applied.

We do offer a 10% discount for 1st time orders when you sign up to the newsletter and this applies to any purchase, we will reach out to you directly with the details.
