Compensation support for road traffic accident
I have been supported by Genevieve Cunningham from Lyons Davidson in claiming compensation against a third party for injuries sustained in a road traffic accident
Genevieve has provided excellent support providing advice and guidance throughout the process and ensuring I was kept uptodate in a timely manner with easy to understand communication
Setting up an easy to use portal made the communication to and from Genevieve very easy, quick
and accurate

Genevieve was brilliant!
Genevieve was brilliant, calm and professional at all times! Prompt replies, always, and listened to all my concerns. She managed my expectations very well and explained the process. She found the perfect Barrister who believed in me, just as she did and everything worked out exactly as it should. 2 years of wrangling and my case it now closed! Tracey Leathley was very efficient but also kind at a very difficult time for me. The time and effort she put into my case was outstanding. I would recommend her to anyone especially with a sensitive case such as mine. I just want to thank her for everything she has done for me.

A good service
I found the service I had to be very good.
Good quick communication.
Good unbiased advice when needed.
Unfortunately due mainly to the covid situation during my case, some of the information I gave to "LV ins" didn't get passed on to my solicitor. (not her fault)
That's the only negative.
But definitely worth 4 stars + .
