M20 Plumbing レビュー

Neil again provided prompt and professional service to replace a broken water tank valve. No hesitation in recommending.

Easy to contact Neil who responded quickly. Sent WhatsApp photo of the toilet flushing mechanism so able to complete repair in one visit, and then came back and sorted out the replacement thermostat on my hot water boiler. Arrived on time, worked quickly and neatly and problems resolved with no issues.

Neil fitted the boiler in my house 10 years ago, so I arranged for him to carry out the boiler service and to fix a drippy tap in the bathroom recently.
I have always appreciated Neil’s professional approach - he is punctual, polite and responsive in his communication, and the work is carried out very well.
I trust Neil and would recommend him to anyone.

Neil came to replace our kitchen tap valves on time and as arranged. He had a suitable pair which I believe can be a problem due to the number of different types. He spent time getting over a problem and charged as agreed. His website shows the prices he charges unlike most other plumbers.

Excellent and thorough service, good communication.

He came on time and struggled to find the leak later he found out and repaired it well

Prompt arrival. Very helpful. Good job done.

The engineer was punctual, polite & pleasant. He serviced the gas boiler, & made any necessary changes to the system & it has been working well since. I would ask him to work here again.

Excellent service from Neil as always. Reliable and very reasonable prices.

Efficient, punctual, hard working and does not create any mess

Very knowledgeable. We had an issue with our toilet not flushing correctly. We called out other plumbers who were unable to fix the issue. Then Neil came along and fixed it without a problem! He also helped sort out a potential gas leak.

It is hard to find such honest and hard working workmen now a days! I would not hesitate to recommend Neil! His prices are very reasonable aswell.

Excellent work. Quick, efficient, neat job. All is working well. Highly recommended.

Excellent service - quick, good price clean and tidy and very polite.

We discovered M20 Plumbing a few years ago when we needed a boiler replacement. Neil is polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and has a highly professional approach. Since then we have used M20 Plumbing every year to carry out the annual servicing of the boiler. Invoicing and payment can be easily done online via email afterwards.
Neil is an absolute pleasure to have around the house. I wish all domestic workers maintained his standards.
