Excellent service. quality and quantity of meat exceptional as always from malpass

Excellent meat, highly recommended,

just to let customers like myself with malpass markets
know that deliveres will be sent out .Should be contacted by 3rd November . with delivery time. I also ordered on 23 rd November and heard nothing so i called the Newhaven store and a nice lady told me what was happening with outstanding orders . they have a backlog to catch up with.

Good quality meat and good value for money no complaints with Malpass so far

Placed my order on the 24th October and haven’t received. This was my 3 rd order from malpass and had no idea they had sold out . Had tried phoning them and sent emails after the 3 to 5 working days delivery promise but had no reply. Very disappointed and have arranged dispute with my bank to get my money refunded . Stay clear

I ordered two separate meat boxes 25/10/21 and neither has been delivered. I have sent several emails, no reply! The telephone cant take any more messages.
Can only assume the worst.
Think Malpass have sold out to a different company UPDATE. I have received my order, much belated but delivered non the less. Could have saved me a lot of anx if the had answered my emails. Delivered on a Sunday!!

The first time I used Malpass it was perfect.. however I still haven’t received my order from last week and no response on email or numerous phone calls. Be careful.

Received my order with missing items, have now emailed them twice with no response (despite them aiming to respond within 24 hour) and rang ten times none of the calls were picked up. Absolutely atrocious customer service and wont be using again

I have ordered several times from this company and the meat is always good quality and value. Service is second to none and delivery is prompt. The meat arrives well packaged and chilled. There is also a loyalty program which saves so much money.

I've always brought at the stores but now will order more online. Amazing value 4 money and the delivery was very quick. Meats is gr8 as alway

Everything except the filet steak was good.

I have nothing but good things to say about there customer care and the products I have had from them. When I had an issue, I contacted there online help and was blown away by the measures they went to, to fix my issue and have made a permanent customer out of me !

First order, Geordie sausages ace, sirloin steak grisly and chewy. Verdict still out

Previous orders were of a quality product. The last order was of below standard. The steaks were tough and full of gristle. Burgers were tasteless and a horrible texture, tasting cheap and nasty. Five star price for one star quality. Will not be using again.

I have used this company for years, spent £100's never once have I been disappointed. Until today purchased my usual filet steak the quality was so poor not even sure it is filet steak. I now understand company has been taken over .... won't be using again

Very disappointed withe the packaging, top held down by a small peice of tape and the meat inside was warm .
Since the change in supplier I will not be ordering from malpass ever again
Shame as I have been a customer for many years
